According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Sarah Elizabeth Matheny, 29, of Richwood was cited for driving under suspension and speed on Route 31 at 10:28 a.m. Tuesday.
Taylor Rhae Morgan Tarleton, 25, of Mount Vernon was arrested on Fifth Street at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
Police responded to a report of a suicide attempt in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Joseph D. Smith, 74, of Rosehill Drive and Shane M. Francisco, 23, of Columbus that occurred on E. Fifth Street at 1:26 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Smith was pulling out of the private drive of Mrs. Renison’s Donuts onto E. Fifth Street. Francisco was traveling eastbound on E. Fifth Street at the time. Smith reportedly failed to yield and struck Smith’s vehicle. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Smith was cited for driving onto the roadway.

A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Jonathan M. Lee, 26, of Plain City for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 7400 block of Spruce Court to investigate United States Mail that was tampered with at 12:41 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion to take custody of Bryan M. Baker, 40, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:53 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated the attempted theft of multiple household items from a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 at 2:38 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to the roundabout at Industrial Parkway and Old Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Harley Davidson motorcycle that struck a 2021 Acura RDX at 4:01 p.m. Tuesday.
While on patrol, a deputy came across a property damage crash near the intersection of Industrial Parkway and U.S. 42 involving a 2016 Hyundai Sonata that struck the back of a 2003 Honda Accord, which then struck the back of a 2016 Ford Explorer at 4:17 p.m. Tuesday. The driver of the Hyundai, Gerhard K. Scheiderer, 25, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Sarah M. Burris, 28, of London for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:58 p.m. Tuesday. She was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Department officer to take possession of a wallet that was found on Waldo Road at 7:06 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies responded to the 19000 block of Route 245 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Dodge Caravan that struck a deer at 10:17 p.m. Tuesday.
