According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Samantha Jill Kopolovitz, 34, of Greenwood Blvd. was cited for an FRA/non-compliance suspension on Delaware Avenue at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging/endangering in the 700 block of N. Maple Street at 7:49 a.m. Wednesday. The reporting person advised MPD of damage done to her vehicle, including three small dents with punctures in the metal.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate MPD assisted a medic unit with a subject who was having a medical issue while in a restaurant drive-thru line.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Adam Mains Conrad, 32, of Richwood and Julianna Raelynn Hunter, 20, of Milford Center that occurred on Delaware Avenue at 9:12 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Conrad and Hunter were traveling east on Delaware Avenue. Conrad stopped for traffic ahead but Hunter failed to stop in time to avoid a collision with him. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Hunter was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Joseph M. Yruegas, 34, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:09 a.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 31000 block of Route 37 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Kia Sorento that struck a deer at 1:24 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy investigated identity theft involving a Unionville Center resident’s identity begin used to open a fraudulent cell phone account in Texas at 8:04 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy and units from the Allen Township Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Poling Road for a person injured when attacked by a rooster at 8:47 a.m. Wednesday. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital. The owner of the rooster, Vanessa L. Engel, 38, of Marysville was issued a misdemeanor citation for allowing animals to run at large.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 9500 block of Ward Road to investigate a trespassing complaint involving a neighbor at 10:28 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Jerome Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 10:33 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Michelle L. Wright, 42, of Plain City for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:58 p.m. Wednesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Watkins Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 9:44 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Division of Fire, Pleasant Valley Fire District and Washington Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 west of Route 161 for an injury crash involving a 2012 Toyota Venza that struck a deer at 9:53 p.m. Wednesday. One victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
A deputy and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District, Northwest Fire District, Marysville Fire Department, Leesburg Township Fire Department, Radnor Township Fire Department, Delaware County EMS, Battle Run Fire District, Scioto Valley Fire District and the Union County Emergency Management Agency responded to a house fire in the 26000 block of Route 37 at 10:03 p.m. Wednesday.
