According to Marysville Police Department reports:
A resident of Preakness Place reported an unruly juvenile Thursday at 12:38 a.m.
Marysville High School reported underage consumption Thursday at 2:48 p.m.
Bunsold Middle School reported an unruly juvenile Thursday at 4:19 p.m.
Officers arrested Jeffrey Hunter, 38, of Malta, on Thursday at 4:32 p.m. for an outstanding warrant out of Champaign County.
Officers assisted the Ohio Highway Patrol with a traffic stop Thursday at 5:22 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies went to a residence in the 21000-block of Raymond Road Thursday at 12:54 p.m. to arrest William E. Cline, 51, of Dayton, for an outstanding arrest warrant from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a report of criminal trespassing at a residence in the 23000-block of Route 31 on Thursday at 2:34 p.m.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash at the intersection of U.S. 42 southbound and U.S. 33 westbound exit ramp Thursday at 5:30 p.m. involving a 2014 Chevrolet Express van that struck the side of a 1996 Kenworth Semi. The driver of the Chevrolet, Michael R. Vargovich, 44, of Dayton was cited for failure to yield the right away.
A deputy investigated a report of trespassing and criminal damaging to a filed in the 7000-block of Industrial Parkway on Thursday at 6:37 p.m.
As a result of a traffic stop on Beecher Gamble Road, deputies arrested the driver of a 2000 Chevrolet Lumina, Marin G. Bowersmith, 53, of Marysville, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bowersmith was taken to the Sheriff’s Office and later released. The passenger, Alyssa M. Carver, 24, of Raymond, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from the Delaware City Police Department and cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. Carver was released to the custody of a Delaware Police Officer.
