Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive Thursday at 10:35 a.m.
Police investigated a report of an inmate who did not return to a facility in the 18000 block of Route 4 Thursday at 2:39 p.m.
Police responded to an accident on East Fifth Street at Plum Street Thursday at 10:34 a.m. Ann K. Meyer, 70, of Milford Center was stopped in traffic when her vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle being driven by Elizabeth A. Weis, 26, of Three Oaks Drive. Weis was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department, Northern Union County Fire and EMS District, Marysville Fire Department, Allen Township Fire Department, Union Township Fire Department, Southeast Hardin Northwest Union Fire Department, Union County EMA and the Red Cross responded to a residential fire in the 20000 block of Route 47 Thursday at 3:28 a.m.
Deputies responded to the U.S. 33 rest area for a person threatening self-harm Thursday at 7:03 a.m. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
Deputies investigated an assault involving two co-workers that occurred at a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway Thursday at 9:32 a.m.
A deputy was sent to Water Street in Broadway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu that was struck by a 2008 Cadillac SRX Thursday at 10:33 a.m.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Dominique L. Conner, 22, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 12:25 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 19000 block of Route 739 for a domestic dispute between a husband and wife Thursday at 1:58 p.m. After further investigation, Tracy P. Weber, 50, of Findlay, was charged with disorderly conduct.
A deputy met with a resident from the 25000 block of Storms Road to investigate a missing person Thursday at 2:05 p.m. The person was later found in Columbus.
Deputies went to a residence in the 10000 block of Industrial Parkway to arrest Jeremy D. Sloane, 35, of Marysville, for an outstanding warrant Thursday at 5:04 p.m. Slone was also charged with possession of drug abuse instruments. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence on West Catherine Street in Magnetic Springs for an unruly juvenile Thursday at 6:42 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 32000 block of Wellwood Road to resolve a neighbor dispute over livestock Thursday at 7:38 p.m.
