Timothy Baumgardner, 49, of Parkway Drive was cited for domestic violence (knowingly causing physical harm) and domestic violence (causing belief of imminent physical harm) in the 200 block of Greenwood Blvd. at 4:56 a.m. Friday.
Kehlsey Rowan, 27, of S. Walnut Street was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 300 block of S. Walnut Street at 8:18 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Rowan was arrested as a result of a dispute.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 100 block of S. Main Street at midnight Friday. Reports indicate MPD assisted with a building collapse.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging or endangering on E. Fourth Street at N. Main Street at 2:55 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate suspicious males were observed on camera throwing rocks at cars downtown.
Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 200 block of W. Third Street at 11:46 a.m. Friday.
Police responded to a suicide threat in the 300 block of W. Ninth Street at 2:10 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive at 11:51 a.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 4:25 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate an individual turned a gray FedEx tote with seven packages into the police department.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 600 block of Milford Avenue at 2:25 a.m. Saturday. The reporting person indicated a four-year-old juvenile was left at an apartment by herself.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 10:10 a.m. Saturday. The reporting person found a hearing aid in a business’ parking lot.
Police responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 8:41 p.m. Saturday. The reporting person indicated their wallet was stolen from their vehicle while shopping.
Police responded to a dispute in the 900 block of Coventry Place at 9:54 p.m. Saturday. The reporting person indicated a possible domestic violence incident occurred.
Police responded to a report of cruelty to animals in the 100 block of Willow Drive at 11:48 p.m. Saturday. The reporting person stated that their dog ran away on June 4 and was found deceased Saturday evening.
Michael Lee Ward, 38, of Springfield was cited for theft in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 4:15 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD responded to a report of suspicious persons.
Police responded to a report of drug paraphernalia in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 1:55 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a traffic stop was conducted during which an odor of marijuana was detected. The driver gave verbal consent for MPD to search the vehicle and drug paraphernalia was located.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Butternut Drive at 9:55 a.m. Sunday. The reporting person indicated medication was stolen.
Police responded to a civil issue in the 1600 block of Tamarac Drive at 7:41 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate an officer responded to a custody dispute.
Matthew Roberts Phillips, 30, of S. Vine Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 700 block of S. Walnut Street at 3:59 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the arrest stemmed from an incident in which MPD responded to a dispute in which a juvenile was located after he advised that his parents got into an argument, he walked off and got lost.

Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Clark Dawson Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 2:32 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to Stokes Road near Route 287 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Ford Fusion that was struck by debris from a passing vehicle at 7:55 a.m. Friday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Robert D. Willis, 41, of Richwood for a probation violation at 8:50 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a property in the 25000 block of Route 37 to investigate the theft of a 2005 Honda all-terrain vehicle at 9:07 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 25000 block of Patrick Brush Run Road to investigate threatening messages at 2:06 p.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 19000 block of Dog Leg Road for a possible overdose at 8:43 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 33000 block of Route 37 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 10:49 p.m. Friday.
Deputies assisted a Richwood Police Officer with a domestic dispute at a residence on Forest Lane at 12:38 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Springdale Road to investigate damage to a mailbox at 12:12 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Barker Road to investigate damage to a vehicle window caused by a bullet at 4:35 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 22000 block of Route 4 for an injury crash involving a 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle at 4:50 p.m. Saturday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were sent to a business on North Mill Street in Milford Center to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 7:18 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a dispute between a male and female at 9:01 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 15000 block of Jolly Road to resolve a dispute over a dog at 10:52 p.m. Saturday.
While on patrol, a deputy came across a property damage crash on Watkins Road near Bellepointe Road involving a 2005 Chevrolet 1500 that struck a deer at 1:51 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies assisted a Richwood Police Officer with a domestic dispute at a residence on South Fulton Street at 12:05 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 31 and Route 347 for a property damage crash involving a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado that was forced off the road to avoid an unknown vehicle that left the scene at 9:38 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 of Route 4 to investigate a domestic dispute between three family members at 10:04 p.m. Sunday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to the scene of a non-injury crash at 7:55 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Donald Rutschilling, 67, of Mara Stein was operating a 2014 Dodge Ram on U.S. 33 west of Honda Parkway when a tire flew out of the back of his truck and struck a 2014 Ford Fusion driven by Rosalie Kenney, 54, of Powell. Neither driver reported any injuries and both were wearing seat belts. Rutschilling was cited for unsafe vehicle/operating defective equipment.
A trooper assisted the Bellefontaine Police Department with a possible shooter incident in the 400 block of Woodview Drive at 2:45 a.m. Sunday.
