Cajun T. L. Thomas Miskel, 31, of Allenby Drive was arrested in the 400 block of Allenby Drive at 8:58 p.m. Monday for failure to appear in court.

Police responded to a report of drug abuse (marijuana) in the 100 block of W. Ninth Street at 9:39 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate police responded to a report of the odor of marijuana.
Police responded to a report of telecommunication harassment in the 200 block of Windsor Drive at 2:23 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a local female reported being “tricked through social media.”
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
As a result of a traffic stop on Zook Road near Claibourne Road, deputies arrested Brandon D. Barkeloo, 21, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant from Union County at 1:26 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. Deputies also arrested Lincoln A. Davis, 22, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant from Marion County. He was transferred to the custody of a Marion County deputy.
A deputy met with a resident from the 2000 block of Shirk Road to investigate a possible scam involving an online auction website at 11:22 a.m. Monday.
Deputies responded to the 27000 block of Ford Reed Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Ford F-450 that was struck by a 2005 Honda Accord at 12:19 p.m. Monday. The driver of the Honda, Styler K. Buyer, 20, of West Mansfield was issued a traffic citation for improper passing.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 19000 block of Titus Road to investigate the possible theft of a cell phone and a pump at 12:38 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 16000 block of West Darby Road to investigate the theft of a garden tiller at 3:20 p.m. Monday.
A deputy and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department responded to Route 347 near Sandusky Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Lincoln MKT and a 205 Kia Optima at 3:34 p.m. Monday.
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Anthony W. Griffith, 26, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:44 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Marysville Police Department and released after posting a bond.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Sherri K. Orr, 43, of Marysville for a bond violation at 4:15 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Montgomery County Jail to take custody of Jonathan P. O’Hara, 32, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:17 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 1000 block of Maple Dell Road to investigate a dispute between neighbors at 5:29 p.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Concord Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 42 near Smart Cole Road for an injury crash involving a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado that was struck from behind by a 2013 Volkswagen GTI at 5:47 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Poling Road to resolve a custody dispute at 6:31 p.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Southeast Hardin Northwest Union County Joint Fire District responded to the 19000 block of Turner Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 8:57 p.m. Monday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers investigated a crash involving a car and a semi-truck that occurred on County Road 1 south of County Road 5 in Logan County at 1:28 p.m. Monday. One person was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital with unknown injuries. West Liberty EMS was on the scene. The vehicle was towed from the scene. The crash is pending due to further investigation.
Troopers responded to the scene of a minor injury crash at 10:02 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate Maria DiFrancesco, 20, of Hilliard was operating a 2007 Ford Explorer southeast on U.S. 33 east of mile post 23 when she struck a deer that ran into the roadway. She had minor injuries but was not treated at the scene, nor transported to a hospital. She was wearing her seatbelt. Her vehicle was disabled and towed from the scene. No citations were issued as a result of the incident.
