According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Rylan Lester John Ayers, 19, of E. Sixth Street was cited for assault in the 200 block of S. Plum Street at 3:13 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which a fight occurred outside of the Marysville Public Library.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 600 block of Bermuda Way at 11:29 p.m. Monday. A project manager for a Ryan Homes project reported two bathtubs were stolen from an unsecured garage at a new build.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 6:01 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a woman was accused of threatening and stalking her ex-boyfriend and his son.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1400 block of Milford Avenue at 6:38 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a woman had her storage unit broken into and items stolen.
Police responded to a report of telecommunication harassment in the 200 block of N. Cherry Street at 7:57 p.m. Monday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 11000 block of Watkins Road for a person found deceased by a family member at 3:34 a.m. Monday. The Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate the theft of several catalytic converters at 8:28 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 26000 block of Route 37 to investigate the theft of a 24-foot enclosed trailer at 9:09 a.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department, the Washington Township Fire Department, the Concord Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the intersection of Watkins Road and U.S. 42 for an injury crash involving one vehicle at 10:31 a.m. Monday. The State Patrol handled the investigation.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Steven P. Wagy II, 47, of Richwood for a bond violation at 11:04 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to the area of Watkins Road and Bell Road for an unruly juvenile at 1:12 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a resident in the 9000 block of Tartan Fields Drive to investigate identity theft involving fraudulently obtained credit accounts at 4:01 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Jerome Road to investigate the possible theft of a motorcycle helmet at 6:11 p.m. Monday. The helmet was located.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Wolford Maskill Road to investigate a dispute between a male and female at 8:14 p.m. Monday.
Deputies investigated a dispute between ex-roommates concerning a vehicle and personal property at a residence in the 13000 block of County Home Road at 11:04 p.m. Monday.
