Carlie Jo Kaylin Moran, 25, of Ash Street was cited for an animal at large in the 500 block of Ash Street at 11:50 a.m. Monday.

Deputies assisted an officer from the Richwood Police Department in investigating an assault that occurred at a residence in the 800 block of Forest Lane at 3:06 a.m. Friday. The Richwood Police Department handled the report.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Paver Barnes Road to investigate a report of threatening voicemail messages at 7:46 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to the county services building in the 900 block of London Avenue to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2009 Nissan Versa that reversed out of a parking spot, struck a pole and then pulled forward and struck a 2017 GMC Acadia at 11:20 a.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Conrad J. Brennan, 31, of Plain City for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:02 p.m. Friday. The male was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Logan County deputy to take custody of James D. Ruggles, 37, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 9:23 p.m. Friday. The male was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Erie County Jail to take custody of Jared Taylor Parmley, 26, of Bucyrus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:30 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 347 to investigate a report of a male damaging windows at 1:57 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy went to the Montgomery County Jail to take custody of Jonathan Patrick O’Hara, 33, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:04 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Delaware County deputy to take custody of Kaleb Joel Long, 22, of Ostrander for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:59 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
As a result of a traffic stop on El Camino Drive near New California Drive, a deputy arrested Jason Scott Catanella, 48, of Plain City for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 7:45 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to the area of Route 37 near Route 4 to investigate an injury crash involving a 2010 Honda Civic that left the roadway and struck a tree at 8:43 p.m. Saturday. The driver of the 2010 Honda Civic was picked up by another driver in a 2007 Honda Civic which then fled the scene. After a short pursuit that ended on Forest Lane in Richwood, Trey Stephen Zane Shelton, 26, of Richwood was charged with failure to comply, reckless operation of a vehicle and child endangerment. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway to investigate a dispute between two males and a female at 9:07 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to the 21000 block of Raymond Road to investigate a report of juveniles in the area possibly getting into mailboxes at 11:33 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies assisted an officer from the Richwood Police Department in investigating a dispute between neighbors at 11:20 a.m. Sunday. As a result of the investigation, Jacob A. Smith, 26, of Richwood was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant. The male was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 13000 block of Route 38 to investigate a report of a physical altercation that occurred between patrons at a business at 6:58 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies and an officer from the Richwood Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Miller Road to investigate a report of a person threatening self-harm at 8:19 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Sycamore Drive to investigate the theft of cigarettes at 8:28 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to the 15000 block of U.S. 36 to take custody of a heavily damaged red mountain bike that was found in the ditch at 8:33 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Delaware County Line Road to investigate a junk motor vehicle complaint at 7:53 a.m. Monday.
Deputies assisted the Richwood Police Department with a dispute at a residence in the 100 block of West Ottawa Street at 8:05 a.m. Monday. As a result of the investigation, Christopher J. Slone, 27, of Prospect was arrested for a parole violation. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated damage to a 2018 Ford F350 that was received from debris from a tractor mowing along Route 4 near Boerger Road at 11:03 a.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department, Marysville Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near the rest area to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Acura RDX that struck a deer at 11:46 a.m. Monday. The Ohio State Highway Patrol handled the crash investigation.
A deputy went to the Middleport Jail to take custody of Stephanie R. Lewis, 30, of Pomeroy for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:46 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a theft of services that occurred at a property in the 31000 block of Route 31 at 9:13 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Richwood Miller Road to investigate possible prowlers at 11:11 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 5400 block of Gordon Way to investigate a report of a vehicle break-in at 11:22 p.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred in the 22000 block of Route 47 involving a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that struck a deer at 11:56 p.m. Monday.
