Timoto Cano-Gonzalez, 30, of Columbus was cited for duty to display license or furnish satisfactory proof of license on U.S. 33 at 4:03 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate Cano-Gonzalez was stopped for speeding and found not to have a valid Ohio operator’s license.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 2000 block of Belmont Drive at 2:38 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate a female reported an incident of domestic violence that occurred in Morrow County.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Elwood Avenue at 12:30 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate an individual reported theft from a residential facility.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 8:34 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate an unknown male entered Rite Aid and stole “five electronics.”
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 200 block of Scotts Farm Blvd. at 9:56 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a mental health issue in the 900 block of Butternut Drive at 11:44 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a hitskip driver that occurred on W. Third Street at 5:21 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a vehicle was parked on W. Third Street facing west, although parking is prohibited in this direction. A bicyclist turned east onto W. Third Street from Sycamore Street and struck the front of the vehicle.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies assisted the London Police Department in locating a missing juvenile at a residence in the 20000 block of Route 245 at 12:26 a.m. Monday.
Deputies responded to the 18000 block of Route 4 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser, a 2014 Honda Civic and a 1998 Dodge Ram at 4:09 p.m. Monday. The driver of the Chrysler left the scene and was later stopped by an Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper. He was identified as Arthur W. Seymour, 59, of Prospect and was issued a traffic citation for failure to drive in marked lanes.
Deputies responded to a business in the 10000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Toyota Sienna that struck a 2008 Mazda3 at 4:13 p.m. Monday. The driver of the Toyota, Yolanda R. Velasco, 43, of Columbus was issued traffic citations for failure to control and no operator’s license.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 7000 block of Lilac Hill Drive to investigate fraud involving a construction project at 5:17 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Cranberry Drive to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 6:35 p.m. Monday.
A deputy took possession of a bank debit card that was found in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway at 8:17 p.m. Monday.
