An officer observed a vehicle parked in a secluded area at Pastime Park on North Chillicothe Street at 11:39 p.m. June 26. The officer checked the area and nothing was out of the ordinary.
An officer responded to a littering complaint on North Avenue at 6:06 p.m. June 26. The caller advised a piece of furniture was put on his property and didn’t know where it came from. After further investigation, a neighbor was trying to put it in a dumpster but had to stop. He returned and moved the furniture off the callers property. After determining everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.
Officers responded to an alarm drop at the Dollar General on South Jefferson Avenue at 2:29 p.m. June 26. The officers searched the building and found nothing out of the ordinary. The door was secured. Officers attempted to contact a keyholder but were unsuccessful. After determining everything to be fine, the officers returned to patrol.
An officer was requested to assist the Dublin Police Department on a traffic stop on U.S. 33 at 4:04 a.m. June 26. Once the officer was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.
An officer found a door open to a storage garage at the Plain City Area Baseball Association on North Chillicothe Street at 11:45 p.m. June 26. The officer found nothing was out of the ordinary and a keyholder was contacted and the door was secured.
An officer responded to a loud music complaint at The Grainery on West Main Street at 10:27 p.m. June 25. The officer advised the business of the complaint and they agreed to monitor the sound levels.
Officers responded to a verbal dispute involving multiple people at The Grainery on West Main Street at 10:10 p.m. June 25. All parties were verbally trespassed for the evening and warned for disorderly conduct. After everything was calm, the officers returned to patrol.
An officer responded to a complaint of loud music at The Grainery on West Main Street at 9:04 p.m. June 25. Prior to the officer’s arrival, the music had been turned down. After determining everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.
An officer responded to a report of a suspicious person at Der Dutchman on South Jefferson Avenue at 6:19 a.m. June 25. Contact was made with the person, who advised they were waiting for the business to open. After determining everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.
An officer observed a suspicious vehicle at Daily Needs Assistance on West Main Street at 3:38 a.m. June 25. The officer made contact with the occupant who advised he had pulled over for a minute. After the individual left, the officer returned to patrol.
Officers responded to a report of a suicide threat at 6:33 p.m. June 24 and determined the individual was not currently at risk of self-harm. After determining everything to be fine, the officers returned to patrol.
An officer observed a juvenile out past curfew at NAPA on Village Boulevard at 5:40 a.m. June 24. The juvenile was transported back to the Police Department and contact was made with a guardian, who arrived a short time later to pick the juvenile up. The juvenile was warned of possible curfew charges.
An officer responded to a well-being check on East South Street at 11:25 a.m. June 24 and was advised everything was fine.
An officer responded to a parking complaint on Alderwood Circle North at 8:21 p.m. June 24 and the vehicles were moved without incident.
Contact was made with employees on Alderwood Circle at 8:26 p.m. June 24. The employees were advised the trailer needed moved. A short time later, the trailer was moved without incident.
An officer responded to reports of fireworks on Jackson Street at 10:01 p.m. June 24. The officer located the individual setting them off and warned him of possible criminal charges if he continued.
An officer responded at 10:55 a.m. June 24 to a question regarding feral animals and advised the caller of his options.
An officer responded to an alarm drop at Carlisle Gifts on South Jefferson Avenue at 8:47 a.m. June 23 and made contact with an employee, who advised everything was fine.
An officer found a door unsecure at Expressions Hair Salon on West Bigelow Avenue after hours at 3:51 a.m. June 23, searched the building and did not find anything out of the ordinary. The door was secured and a note was left.
An officer was requested to deliver a message to a resident on Converse Avenue at 5:20 p.m. June 23, made contact and relayed the message.
Officers responded to a complaint of an unruly juvenile on Converse Avenue at 7:45 p.m. June 23. Contact was made with the caller and the juvenile and they both agreed to remain calm. After determining everything to be fine, the officers returned to patrol.
An officer found a door open at New Life Baptist Church on West Main Street at 3:36 a.m. June 23, searched the building and found nothing out of the ordinary. The door was secured and a note was left.
An officer found an unattended vehicle parked in a gravel driveway on Madison Way at 1:37 a.m. June 22. The officer checked the area and found nothing out of the ordinary. After determining everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.
An officer responded to a complaint of a dispute between two females at the North Avenue Apartments on North Avenue at 6:47 p.m. June 22. The parties were advised to remain calm and separate. Once the parties left the location, the officer returned to patrol.

The caller advised she believed a package was delivered to her neighbor’s house but the neighbor denied it. Officers advised the caller to contact the company to request a replacement. After everyone was calm, the officers returned to patrol.
Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the area of U.S. 42 near North Chillicothe Street at 9:18 p.m. June 19. The caller reported that he struck a deer. A crash report was taken.

An officer responded to a report of a non-injury crash on West Main Street at 1:41 a.m. June 18. After further investigation, Shaunda Fairchild, 23, of London, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Fairchild submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in a 0.213% BAC level. Fairchild was also charged with OVI super concentration, full time and attention, texting while driving and open container. Fairchild’s vehicle was towed to Kirby’s Impound lot. She was advised of her court date and released to a family member.
An officer was requested to assist the Union County Sheriff’s Office with an activated alarm on Industrial Parkway at 12:32 p.m. June 18. Once the officer’s assistance was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.
An officer responded to a juvenile complaint on North Chillicothe Street at 8:36 p.m. June 18. After further investigation, the juvenile admitted to urinating on the stage located at the park. The guardian for the juvenile was contacted and arrived on scene. The juvenile was trespassed from the location and charged for disorderly conduct.
An officer responded to a noise complaint of loud music at The Grainery on West Main Street at 10:13 p.m. June 18. The officer patrolled the area but was unable to hear any music. The business was notified of the complaint. After determining everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.

Officers responded to a complaint of possible trespassing on North Avenue at 9 p.m. June 17. After further investigation, the individuals were permitted to be at the residence. While there, officers located Sarah Riley, 35, of Plain City, who had a confirmed warrant out of Madison County. Riley was placed into custody and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
