According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Ryan Harrigan, 36, of Bellefontaine was cited for driving under suspension on U.S. 33 at 2:26 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate his license plates were recovered on behalf of the BMV.
Jarrod Alan Walls, 34, of Bellefontaine was cited for drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 1:59 a.m. Tuesday.
Ethan Thomas Smith, 28, of Russells Point was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 3:09 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate he called the Union County Sheriff’s Office to turn himself in and was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail. He was told he would be transferred to Logan County by his probation officer.
Police responded to a report of theft by deception in the 1600 block of Cobblestone Way at 9:02 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate counterfeit money was used at Turkey Hill.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 600 block of Watkins Glen Blvd. at 4:37 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a package containing Adidas running shoes was stolen.
Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 1100 block of Fairfield Drive at 6:01 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a dispute occurred between intoxicated family members.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
As a result of a traffic stop in the 12000 block of U.S. 42, a deputy charged Sarah A. McPherson, 31, of Wapakoneta with possession of drug abuse instruments at 12:52 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Van Wert County Jail to take custody of Rachel L. Conlin, 30, of Bellefontaine for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 8600 block of Frazier Drive for an unruly juvenile that was threatening self-harm at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday. The juvenile was transported to Maryhaven.
