Steven Joe Rizer, 26, of Coventry Place was arrested for domestic violence in the 800 block of Hickory Drive at 7:27 a.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses in the 500 block of W. Eighth Street at 12:14 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate MPD was called in reference to an unruly juvenile.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging/endangering in the 1800 block of Welsh Place at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday. The subject reported their vehicle was keyed while parked overnight.
Police responded to a report of property damage in the 100 block of N. Oak Street at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday. The complainant reported that a construction group damaged a building belonging to Columbia Gas.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of Milford Avenue at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate a female stole a bottle of lotion from Nikki’s H2O Tanning on several different occasions.

A deputy and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 20000 block of Route 4 for an injury crash involving a 2018 Ford Focus that struck a deer at 5:24 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies assisted the Richwood Police Department with locating a suspect vehicle that fled the scene of a property damage crash that occurred on Pearl Street near Herbert Street in Richwood at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle was located and stopped on Route 4 near Askins Road. The Richwood Police Department handled the investigation.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Middleburg Plain City Road to investigate a fraudulent check at 5:35 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence on Main Street in Unionville Center to investigate a neighbor dispute at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 25000 block of Storms Road for a possible mental health crisis at 10:07 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Courtney A. O’Sullivan, 41, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:11 a.m. Wednesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Lucas County Jail to take custody of Kristopher W. Sparling, 42, of Mount Victory for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:51 a.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Brett A. Summers Jr., 46, of Columbus for a bond violation at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 7000 block of Dogwood Drive for a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday. As a result of the investigation, David R. Roesener, 47, of Plain City was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County deputy met with a Franklin County deputy to take custody of Timothy L. Widger, 44, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:08 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7000 block of Memorial Drive to investigate the theft of a catalytic converter from a 2015 Nissan Sentra at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Hinton Mill Road to investigate a dispute between acquaintances at the residence at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 12000 block of Route 739 to investigate the attempted theft of a catalytic converter from a 2003 Honda Element at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Brian E. Legg Sr., 54, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:38 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Sierra Woods Circle to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a mailbox and then left the scene at 7:03 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were sent to a business in the 8000 block of Corporate Boulevard for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday. The person was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
