Police responded to a mental health issue at 12:59 a.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 8:40 a.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of theft by deception in the 500 block of Glen Oaks Drive at 11:09 a.m. Thursday. The reporting person advised he was scammed for $1,700.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of Gallery Lane at 12:39 p.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 600 block of Meadows Drive at 12:54 p.m. Thursday. The reporting person indicated a subject threw eggs at the back of his apartment.

Deputies and units from the Marysville Police Department responded to a barn in the 19000 block of Shirk Road to investigate a possible break-in at 4:32 a.m. Thursday.
As a result of a traffic stop on Route 736 near Fladt Road, deputies determined the driver was experiencing a mental health crisis at 7:06 a.m. Thursday. The driver was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were sent to a church in the 17000 block of Amrine Wood Road to investigate unauthorized use of a dumpster on the property at 8:09 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of Hinton Mill Road to investigate a possible burglary at 8:31 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Route 736 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Honda CR-V that was struck by a 2002 Dodge Ram, which then struck a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze at 11:11 a.m. Thursday. The driver of the Honda, Janet R. Dysert, 77, of Richwood was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
Deputies assisted the Plain City Police Department with a person threatening self-harm in the 200 block of West Main Street in Plain City at 11:15 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Main Street in Unionville Center to investigate threatening text messages that were received at 12:01 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 9000 block of Route 736 to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 2:21 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint that occurred at a business in the 10000 block of U.S. 42 at 5:18 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy arrested Frederick S. Davis, 30, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant when he turned himself in at the Sheriff’s Office at 5:31 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a resident from the 19000 block of Dog Leg Road to investigate a custody dispute at 5:44 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 22000 block of Route 739 to investigate harassment involving an online gaming system at 7:15 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of Route 37 to investigate a trespassing complaint at 11:32 p.m. Thursday.
