According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Stephanie Renee Andrews, 28, of Windmill Drive was cited for possession of a drug abuse instrument in the 300 block of Emmaus Road at 12:55 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Andrews was cited after she was found sleeping in a vehicle with drug abuse instruments.
Daniel John Patrick, 39, of N. Court Street was cited for possession of a drug abuse instrument in the 300 block of Emmaus Road at 1:25 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate he was found sleeping in the same car as Andrews.
Jessika Marie Gingerich, 30, of E. Sixth Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 700 block of E. Sixth Street at 10:41 a.m. Friday.
Kathy J. Goodwin, 62, of S. Main Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 400 block of S. Main Street at 5:09 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of Lydia Drive at 2:06 p.m. Friday. A male reported that his credit card information was stolen and used to purchase items.
Police responded to a report of a mental health issue in the 700 block of S. Plum Street at 2:49 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of an accident involving Dawn Michelle Ferryman, 47, of Sycamore Street and Madison Christine Armstrong, 24, of Radnor that occurred on N. Main Street at W. Third Street at 8:25 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Ferryman was at the stop sign on W. Third Street at N. Main Street while Armstrong was driving southbound on N. Main Street, approaching Third Street. Ferryman reportedly made a left turn onto N. Main Street, into Armstrong’s path, causing Armstrong to strike her. Armstrong had the right of way. According to reports, Ferryman was “struck just right to make (her vehicle) roll on its side.” Ferryman experienced possible injuries and was treated at the scene by Marysville Division of Fire. Armstrong experience suspected minor injuries and was transported by Marysville Division of Fire to Memorial Health. Ferryman was cited for operation of a vehicle at stop signs.
Terry Lee Bailey, 46, of Courter Street was cited for aggravated menacing in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 7:47 p.m. Saturday.
Douglas Rhees, 41, of Tarragon Drive was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 3:50 a.m. Saturday.
Kelley France, 32, of Springboro was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 3:43 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1200 block of Millwood Blvd. at 1:04 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate MPD recovered a vape pen from a 17-year-old.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street at 1:21 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 2000 block of Shetland Street at 9:08 p.m. Saturday.

A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Richard A. Monroe, 35, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:08 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 9000 block of Route 38 to investigate the theft of two catalytic converters at 8 a.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Andrew T. P. Harding, 18, of Raymond for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:51 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a church in the 9000 block of Unionville Road to take custody of a purse that was found on the property at 9:17 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Watkins Road to investigate a domestic argument between a male and female at 5:27 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 19000 block of Northwest Parkway to investigate the theft of seven catalytic converters at 8:21 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 14000 block of Route 347 to investigate a trespassing complaint at 10:14 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District were sent to a residence in the 21000 block of Main Street in Raymond for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 11:32 a.m. Saturday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to Miller Road east of Osborne Road for an injury crash involving a 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle that struck a deer at 2:10 p.m. Saturday. The driver was transported to Memorial Hospital.

A deputy met with an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper to take custody of Derek L. Moore, 36, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:11 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive to investigate a domestic dispute between several family members at 12:19 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 15000 block of Jolly Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a father and son at 12:34 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Hopewell Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend at 2 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy and a Marysville Police Department officer went to a residence on Collins Avenue in Marysville to arrest Allie S. Day, 26, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:03 p.m. Sunday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Bethlehem Claibourne Road to search for a missing 3-year-old child at 7:24 p.m. Sunday. The child was located.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Lingrell Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 11:10 p.m. Sunday.
