Avery Zeune, 23, of Mill Park Drive was cited for unlawful restraint and aggravated menacing in the 1000 block of Mill Park Drive at 1 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a March 1 incident in which another individual honking their horn “enraged” Zeune and led to a “road rage incident.”
Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of N. Main Street at 8:33 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate city employees discovered two concrete picnic tables, two brick pillars and one plastic pillar cover damaged by pink spray paint.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 500 block of Garden Drive at 10:05 a.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging in the 200 block of E. Fifth Street at 2:04 p.m. Friday. The reporting person indicated his car was keyed overnight. Reports indicate the right quarter panel of his 2014 Audi 2D was damaged.
Police responded to a report of lost property in the 700 block of Milcrest Drive at 2:58 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate an individual advised cash was missing from her room.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 4:48 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a theft occurred at Meijer.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of Wind Mil Drive at 5:28 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of an assault in the 400 block of E. Ninth Street at 7:23 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Pamela K. Ritchie, 70, of West Mansfield and Harold D. Watters, 67, of Raymond that occurred on E. Fourth Street at N. Cherry Street at 8:26 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Ritchie made and left turn off of N. Cherry Street on E. Fourth Street to head westbound. Watters was parallel parking on the side of E. Fourth Street. Ritchie approached Watters from the rear too closely, not realizing he was backing up, and struck the rear of his vehicle. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Ritchie was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Christa L. Williams, 47, of Poppy Lane was cited for disorderly conduct (offensive gesture or noise) in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 2 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a July 2 incident in which MPD responded to a dispute.
Denis Balsinger, 62, of N. Court Street was arrested for an FRA/non-compliance suspension on Fourth Street at 3:51 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop because Balsinger did not have a license plate on his vehicle.
Police responded to an animal complaint in the 700 block of Collins Avenue at 2:33 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a dog was bitten by another dog.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 200 block of E. Eighth Street at 4:57 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 600 block of Clymer Road at 8:09 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a rental storage unit was found forced open.
Jonathan Thomas Voss, 21, of Greenwood Blvd. was cited for consumption of liquor in a motor vehicle in the 300 block of E. Fifth Street at 5:51 a.m. Sunday.
Macee Rae Neubauer, 19, of Richwood was arrested for underage purchasing, possession or consumption of alcohol in the 300 block of E. Fifth Street at 5:50 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate she and Voss admitted to drinking beer while in a motor vehicle.
Richard Tyler Buchanan, 35, of Saffron Drive was cited for violating a protection order or consent agreement in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 2:27 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD was called to the Hampton Inn.
John Richie, 36, of West Mansfield was cited for theft in the 1000 block of N. Main Street at 7:15 p.m. Sunday.
Joseph R. Boerger, 39, of Ash Street was cited for disorderly conduct (fighting or threatening) in the 400 block of Ash Street at 10:13 p.m. Sunday.
Jill Gates, 45, of Ash Street was cited for disorderly conduct (fighting or threatening) in the 400 block of Ash Street at 1:17 a.m. Monday.
Police responded to assist another agency on S. Maple Street at 1:33 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate MPD located juveniles who were in an earlier dispute.
Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive at 3:45 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate MPD was advised of a broken window at a residence.
Police responded to a suicide threat in the 700 block of Kenny Lane at 3:56 a.m. Sunday.

A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Martin Welch Road to investigate a missing adult at 4:46 a.m. Friday.
A Union County deputy met with a Franklin County deputy to take custody of Jason T. Kilnowitz, 33, of North Lewisburg for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:33 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Paver Barnes Road to investigate a domestic dispute between several family members at 1:23 p.m. Friday. The parties were separated.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Ronny E. Lauderdale, 26, of Canal Winchester for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:41 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Lunda Road and Route 347 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze that was struck by a 1997 Nissan truck at 6:57 p.m. Friday. The driver of the Chevrolet, Nicholas J. Ropp, 20, of West Mansfield was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield when turning left.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Black Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 12:56 a.m. Saturday. The parties were separated.
A deputy met with a Marion Police Officer to take custody of Alexis C. Powers, 26, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:26 a.m. Saturday. She was transported to the Marysville Police Department.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Police Department and the Marysville Fire Department responded to a sports complex in the 16000 block of County Home Road for a fight involving several softball players at 11:46 a.m. Saturday. After further investigation, Thomas J. Novak, 29, of Elyria, Christian M. Margarum, 24, of Green Springs and Brian D. Shoffner, 30, of Russells Point were charged with disorderly conduct.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Payne Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 1:10 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Route 47 to investigate the theft of a 2004 Kawasaki KSV700 all-terrain vehicle at 2:07 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on East Center Street in Milford Center to investigate a parking dispute between neighbors at 8:44 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 20000 block of Springdale Road for a person experiencing a mental status change at 9:12 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies assisted the Plain City Police Department with a vehicle pursuit involving a 2008 Ford F-450 pulling a trailer with equipment that was stolen from the City of Columbus at 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Buck Run Road to investigate a shooting complaint at 10:53 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a property in the 11000 block of Leeper Perkins Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 11:27 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Brown School Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 2:31 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of Route 4 to investigate a dispute over a dog at 4:18 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Bonnie Court to investigate the theft of polishing fluid and equipment at 5:59 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Daniel R. Whited, 50, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:35 p.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the 16000 block of Middleburg Plain City Road for an injury crash involving a pedestrian that was struck by a 2010 Honda Insight at 7:12 p.m. Sunday. The victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 west of Route 161 for a property damage crash involving a 2018 GMC Sierra that drove off the road and struck a guardrail at 7:25 p.m. Sunday. The driver, Gary M. Streepy, 65, of Pickerington was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 16000 block of Middleburg Plain City Road for a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter at 8:15 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7600 block of Commerce Place to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1998 Honda Accord that struck a 2000 Ford Ranger in the parking lot at 10:22 p.m. Sunday.

Mackenzie F. Deardorff, 18, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, underage alcohol consumption and not driving in marked lanes at 2:47 a.m. Sunday.
