According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Robert Lee Hamilton, 39, of Tenth Street was arrested for burglary (trespassing in a habitation) and criminal damaging/endangering in the 100 block of Cypress Drive at 9:34 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the arrest stemmed from a March 15 incident in the 300 block of N. Cherry Street in which Hamilton snuck into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment at approximately 1 a.m. to “get laundry” then “yelled at her with bad words, stole a wine bottle, then threw it into the rear window of her SUV.”
Police responded to a report of theft of a motor vehicle in the 400 block of Chestnut Street at 12:32 a.m. Monday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Elderberry Drive to investigate a runaway juvenile at 1:52 a.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Joseph D. Secora, 40, of Galloway for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:50 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Route 47 to investigate a burglary where multiple tools and a rifle were stolen at 2:01 p.m. Monday.
A deputy took possession of a wallet that was found at a business in the 10000 block of U.S. 42 at 2:28 p.m. Monday. The wallet was returned to the owner.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Johnson Road for a custody dispute at 7:18 p.m. Monday.
A deputy took possession of a driver’s license that was found in the lobby of the Sheriff’s Office at 9:31 p.m. Monday.
