Police responded to a suicide threat at an unlisted address at 12:35 a.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of endangering children in the 1000 block of W. Fifth Street at 3:18 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 17000 block of Route 31 at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate a black and purple Schwinn bicycle was located in the bushes behind a business.
Police responded to a report of extortion in the 300 block of Bridgewater Drive at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate the subject was being extorted for money after sending photos through an application on his phone.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to West Center Street in Milford Center for a property damage crash involving a 2003 Yamaha motorcycle that lost control and crashed at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the 20000 block of Route 161 for a property damage crash involving a 1999 Dodge Ram that drove off the road and struck a guardrail at 12:47 p.m. Wednesday. The juvenile driver was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy met with a resident from the 11000 block of Route 47 to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent loan at 1:01 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Steven P. Wagy, 47, of Richwood for a bond violation at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on East State Street in Milford Center to investigate a trespassing complaint at 7:47 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Robinson Road to resolve a dispute between acquaintances at 7:52 p.m. Wednesday.
