According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Maria Del Carmen Tarango, 18, of Trophy Drive that occurred on Creekview Drive at 4:06 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Tarango was “driving too fast” and failed to maintain control of her vehicle while driving in a cul-de-sac and struck the rear of a parked vehicle, causing it to be pushed into the garage door of the residene. Tarango did not experience any apparent injuries. She was cited for reasonable control and later cited for open liquor container.
Police responded to a report of lost property in the 1500 block of West Fifth Street at 3:29 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate blank checks, multiple credit cards, a Walmart-brand wallet and U.S. currency was lost at a business.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 100 block of Tenth Street at 9:41 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a hit-skip driver that occurred on East Fourth Street at North Cherry Street at 3:25 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the hit-skip driver side-swiped another vehicle that was parked on the side of the street. The mirror was “knocked off the (hit-skip) vehicle.”
Allan Coil, 30, of Linden Street was cited for an FRA/non-compliance suspension on Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 11:15 p.m. Saturday.
Byron Jerrel Dean, 35, of Mobile, Alabama was cited for driving under suspension and expired or unlawful license plates in the 1000 block of Lydia Drive at 11:24 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 700 block of Kenny Lane at 5:44 p.m. Saturday.
Miranda Varney, 26, of West Mansfield was cited for theft and forgery at an unlisted address in Marysville at 7:46 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the citations stemmed from a June 29 incident in which MPD responded to a fraud complaint involving counterfeit checks.
