According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Jessica Dawn Foley, 33, of S. Court Street was cited for license forfeiture (child support driving under suspension) in the 400 block of W. Fifth Street at 10:29 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Ashten Michael Richey, 29, of North Lewisburg and Scott David Thomas, 43, of W. Ninth Street that occurred on N. Main Street at 4:07 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate both drivers “have totally different stories.” Both vehicles were headed southbound on N. Main Street when the front passenger side of Thomas’ vehicle and the driver’s door of Richey’s vehicle came into contact. No citations were listed, as there are “no other witness statements, video evidence or physical evidence.”
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy assisted a Richwood Police Department officer in attempting to locate a person that had taken a vehicle without permission from a residence on West Ottawa Street in Richwood at 2:35 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy went to the Scioto County Jail to take custody of Jamie B. Evans, 70, of Portsmouth for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:23 a.m. Wednesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 13000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Toyota Tundra that was struck by a piece of lumber that fell off a 2019 Freightliner tractor and trailer at 11:10 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy went to the Montgomery County Jail to take custody of Bernadette L. Johnson, 29, of Dayton for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:11 a.m. Wednesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Police Department investigated a possible domestic dispute that occurred in a vehicle traveling on U.S. 33 at 11:54 a.m. Wednesday. The vehicle was located at a property in the 18000 block of Route 4.
A Union County deputy met with a Franklin County deputy to take custody of Breanna N. Whitmer, 23, of Galloway for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:32 p.m. Wednesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Main Street in Broadway to investigate a neighbor dispute at 2:48 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department and the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs for a person threatening self-harm at 4:07 p.m. Wednesday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
