According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police conducted a death investigation in the 2000 block of Trophy Drive at 6:59 a.m. Thursday. The reporting person advised of a possible drug overdose.
Police responded to a burglary in the 200 block of W. Eighth Street at 11:47 a.m. Thursday. The reporting person advised her purse was stolen from inside her home.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy met with a Hilliard Police Department article to take custody of James D. McCoy, 38, of Hilliard for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:55 a.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Jerome Road to investigate the theft of plastic tables at 9:12 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Jordan L. Wisniewski, 37, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:33 a.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Daniel G. Miller, 33, of Bellefontaine for a bond violation at 1:56 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a property on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a trespassing complaint at 5:08 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies responded to U.S. 33 near the Route 4 south exit to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Toyota RAV4 that struck a deer at 8:58 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Hinton Mill Road for a domestic dispute involving an adult and a juvenile at 10:27 p.m. Thursday. After further investigation, Michael W. Lyons, 38, of Marysville was arrested for domestic violence. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
