Jack Christian Morrison, 27, of Milford Avenue was cited for an FRA/non-compliance suspension on Route 38 at Links Drive at 12:12 p.m. Monday.
Christoper Nichols, 58, of Windsor Court was cited for disorderly conduct (intoxication) in the 200 block of Windsor Court at 4:11 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of the theft of a motor vehicle in the 600 block of West Third Street at 7:24 a.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 700 block of Milford Avenue at 3:02 p.m. Monday. The reporting person advised $171.75 were taken from his checking account and items were purchased and sent to a Texas address.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 4:16 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a juvenile male and female each entered Meijer and opened packages for Crosman BB pistols, valued at $59.99 each, and concealed the pistols in their waistbands, under their shirts. The pair reportedly left the store without paying and “walked off the lot in the direction of Home Depot.”

A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Pine Lane to investigate damage to a yard that was caused by a vehicle at 5:49 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Martin Welch Road for a person threatening self-harm at 7:38 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 8000 block of Rausch Drive to investigate a fraudulent business account at 9:53 a.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to Hyland Croy Road near Post Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Honda Odyssey that struck a deer at 11:04 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to the Warren County Jail to take custody of Michael H. Ngo, 26, of Mason for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:32 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion to take custody of Mark L. January, 27, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:20 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to Route 161 at U.S. 33 for an injury crash involving a 2020 Dodge Ram and a 2010 Infiniti EX35 at 1:39 p.m. Monday. One victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
A deputy at the Union County Fairgrounds investigated the theft of a political banner at 2:04 p.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated unwanted text messages that were received at a residence in the 19000 block of Danville Avenue at 2:12 p.m. Monday.
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 for a vehicle fire involving a 2013 GMC Sierra at 5:01 p.m. Monday.
A deputy assisted units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Jerome Township Fire Department with a two-vehicle injury crash on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 at 5:09 p.m. Monday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of Shirk Avenue in Raymond to investigate a dispute between three males at 8:58 p.m. Monday.
