According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Joseph Charles Seaunier III, 45, of Woodcrest Drive was arrested on a warrant service arrest for falsification in the 800 block of North Main Street at 8:13 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate an officer was “made aware” that Seaunier was at the Union County Fair and had an active warrant. “Joseph was unaware that he had a warrant but was cooperative” and was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct (offensive gesture or noise) involving a juvenile in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street at 10:19 a.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of sexual imposition (offensive contact) involving a juvenile that occurred at an unlisted address at 9:49 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of identity theft at an unlisted address at 9:08 p.m. Tuesday. The reporting person advised credit cards were applied for using her name.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were sent to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Krista N. Reck, 40, of Urbana for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:04 a.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies assisted the Marysville Police Department with a search for suspects involved in vehicle break-ins on Kenmore Crossing at 12:08 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies went to the Morrow County Jail to take custody of Shawn A. Stansberry, 33, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:40 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a business on Brown Street in Milford Center to investigate a fraudulent electronic check that was created and cashed at 9:14 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy investigated the possible theft of a 2001 BMW 540 from a business in the 7800 block of Industrial Parkway at 10:47 a.m. Tuesday. The theft was determined to have occurred in the City of Columbus and the owner was referred to the Columbus Police Department.
A deputy investigated a dispute between a tenant and a business in the 7800 block of Rickard Road concerning damage done to a recreation vehicle that was stored on the property at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 245 and Northwest Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Ford Transit van that was struck by a 2017 Ford Escape at 4:07 p.m. Tuesday. The driver of the Ford Escape, Andrea L. Scott, 41, of East Liberty was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 8200 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Toyota Camry that was struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies met with a resident from the 9000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a domestic argument that occurred between a husband and wife at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a neighbor dispute at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies at the Union County Fairgrounds investigated a fight involving several juveniles at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to the 30000 block of Osborne Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2000 Ford Taurus that struck a deer at 10:31 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Raymond Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 11:04 p.m. Tuesday.
