According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of violating a protection order in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a woman advised her ex-husband followed her to Wal-Mart and advised there is a protection order in place.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Gabriel L. Odom, 48, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:44 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a dog bite that occurred at a residence in the 10000 block of Shields Road at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday.
The Union County Dog Warden was dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Brown School Road to investigate a goat that was possibly killed by dogs that were running loose in the area at 1:18 p.m. Tuesday. As a result of the investigation, Ashley H. Sorenson, 32, of Columbus was issued a citation for failure to control a dog.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Moore Road to investigate packages of seeds that were received through the mail at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Easton Road to investigate a possible scam involving an unsolicited package that was received at 5:36 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 15000 block of Fish Road to investigate a custody dispute at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 10000 block of Harriott Road to investigate a harassment complaint at 7:46 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy arrested Richard T. Buchanan, 35, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant when he turned himself in at the Sheriff’s Office at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies assisted the Marysville Police Department with a fight on North Main Street near Fourth Street at 11:07 p.m. Tuesday.
