Herbert Paul Murphy, 55, of Industrial Parkway was cited for driving without paying reinstatement fees in the 1100 block of London Avenue at 2:48 a.m. Friday.
Mark S. Mathys, 62, of Raymond was cited for disorderly conduct (fighting or threatening) in the 200 block of N. Main Street at 4:18 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Mathys was cited following a fight that occurred on E. Fifth Street at Main Street.
Danielle R. Toler, 40, of Richwood was cited for driving without paying reinstatement fees on Route 31 at Taylor Avenue at 9:33 p.m. Friday.
Lee Allen Riley, 34, of Uniontown was cited for theft and obstructing official business at 8:02 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Riley was cited after MPD was called to Village Pantry for a dispute.
Police responded to a report of drug abuse in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 10:06 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate a subject was found unresponsive in a hotel room.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Woodcrest Drive at 8:12 p.m. Friday. The reporting person advised her boyfriend stole the keys to her vehicle.
Police responded to a report of criminal trespassing in the 300 block of Professional Parkway at 10:34 p.m. Friday. The reporting person advised a female was sitting in the vestibule at Walnut Crossing and refused to leave.
Thomas Zeller Jr., 59, of Dove Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 500 block of Dove Street at 3:54 p.m. Saturday.
Lee Allen Riley, 34, of Uniontown was cited for obstructing justice in the 300 block of Square Drive at 7:27 p.m. Saturday.
Barbara Nardone, 72, of Whitestone, New York was cited for criminal trespassing in the 500 block of London Avenue at 7:40 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Nardone was cited after MPD was called to Memorial Hospital in reference to a suspicious person.
Joseph T. Chambers, 32, of Papaya Drive was cited for driving under OVI/ALS suspension in the 800 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 10:58 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of a missing 4-year-old in the 600 block of Corbel Drive at 12:58 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of Spruce Drive at 3:50 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a male vandalized another man’s property while he was not home.
Police responded to a report of theft by deception in the 200 block of Mill Road at 4:31 p.m. Saturday. The reporting person advised he was the victim of an online scam.
Juwan Anderson, 23, of Champaign, Illinois was cited for illegal processing of drug documents in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street at 5:05 p.m. Sunday.
Jared Robbins, 38, of Columbus was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 5:34 a.m. Sunday.
Dillon Lee Manning, 30, of Chestnut Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 200 block of Chestnut Street at 8:48 a.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 at 4:12 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a man stole two 1,000-foot wire spools from Lowe’s.

A deputy was dispatched to the 20000 block of Route 47 to investigate damage to three mailboxes at 5:49 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 28000 block of Bitler Road to investigate damage to a mailbox at 7:46 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Watkins Road to investigate a fraud complaint involving a contractor that received payment for a construction project and never completed the project at 11:16 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the 7400 block of Brock Road for a property damage crash involving a 2009 Lexus RX 350 that drove off the road and struck a tree at 12:26 p.m. Friday. The juvenile driver was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department, Marysville Fire Department, Pleasant Valley Fire District, Concord Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to Industrial Parkway near Mitchell Dewitt Road for an injury crash involving two vehicles at 12:50 p.m. Friday. Three victims were transported to area hospitals. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 20000 block of Davis Road to investigate a dispute over a lawn mower at 1:31 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Cunningham Arbela Road to investigate damage to a mailbox at 1:52 p.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of Christopher J. W. Cook, 26, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:20 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Department officer to take custody of Thomas G. Zellers, Jr., 59, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:48 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a campground in the 20000 block of Route 347 for a person threatening self-harm at 3:11 p.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to Industrial Parkway east of Memorial Drive to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Toyota Corolla that was struck by a trailer being towed by a 2015 Chevrolet 3500 at 5:28 p.m. Friday. The driver of the Chevrolet, Eden R. Rios, 28, of Plain City was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way.
While investigating a driving complaint on Route 31, deputies stopped the suspect vehicle near Patrick Brush Run Road at 8:54 p.m. Friday. As a result of the investigation, Matthew D. Kitts, 34, of Marysville was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies at the Union County Fairgrounds charged Evan R. Steele, 29, of Marysville with possession of an open container of alcohol at 9:35 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 1800 block of Milford Avenue to investigate a domestic dispute between a male and female at 10:17 p.m. Friday.
As a result of a traffic stop on Middleburg Plain City Road near Collins Road, a deputy arrested Tiffany A. Combs, 39, of Delaware for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:29 p.m. Friday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Crystal J. Shirk, 44, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:57 a.m. Saturday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Hinton Mill Road to investigate damage to the yard and landscaping of the residence at 9:51 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy took possession of a wallet that was found on Collins Road near Route 4 at 11:23 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy investigated a dispute between family members that occurred at a residence in the 14000 block of Route 347 at 11:25 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a property in the 15000 block of Scottslawn Road to investigate a trespassing complaint and the theft of license plates at 11:37 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies assisted Marysville Police Department officers in searching for a 4-year-old that went missing from the 600 block of Corbel Drive at 12:56 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 26000 block of Kinney Pike for two unruly juveniles at 5:59 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were sent to the area of Elderberry Drive and Ryan Parkway for a possible injury crash involving a bicycle rider at 6:18 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Robinson Road to investigate threatening statements that were made by a person driving a vehicle by the residence at 8:06 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 36 east of White Stone Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Nissan Rogue that struck a deer at 8:19 p.m. Saturday.
While investigating a driving complaint on U.S. 33, a deputy stopped the suspect vehicle near the rest area at 12:36 a.m. Sunday. As a result of the investigation, Michael P. Anderson, 60, of Dublin was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road, a deputy arrested Carl F. Fleming, 39, of Marysville for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 1:55 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services to take custody of a juvenile for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:16 a.m. Sunday. The juvenile was transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy was dispatched to Route 31 near the Hardin County line to investigate a dispute between two passengers on a commercial motorcoach at 7:19 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department responded to the 21000 block of Route 161 for a property damage crash involving a 2010 Lexus ES 250 that lost control, rolled over and came to rest in a ditch at 11:17 a.m. Sunday. The driver Grace E. Forrest, 18, of Woodstock was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of White Stone Road for an unruly juvenile at 2:07 p.m. Sunday. After further investigation, the juvenile was transported to Memorial Hospital after threatening self-harm.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 8000 block of Currier Road to investigate the theft of dog kennels at 2:24 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Hinton Mill Road to take custody of Michael W. Lyons, 38, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:15 p.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies investigated a neighbor dispute over loud music at a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 at 7:43 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Route 347 to investigate a dispute between roommates at 7:56 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a property in the 12000 block of Maple Ridge Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 8 p.m. Sunday.
