According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police conducted a death investigation in the 100 block of Hemlock Drive at 8:39 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate MPD was called after the reporting person found her grandmother unresponsive.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 500 block of Crown Drive at 12:03 p.m. Wednesday. The subject reported a bank account was opened in her name.
Police responded to a report of gross sexual imposition involving a 13-year-old that occurred at an unlisted address at 4:56 p.m. Wednesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department, Allen Township Fire Department, Jerome Township Fire Department, Union Township Fire Department, Pleasant Valley Joint Fire District, Scioto Township Fire Department, Berlin Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the 20000 block of Northwest Parkway for a barn fire at 5:41 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of William R. Loveless III, 18, of Marysville for a probation violation at 9:34 a.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate the unauthorized use of a dumpster at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 300 block of West Ottawa Street in Richwood to investigate a dispute between a landlord and the tenants involving damage to personal property at 1:52 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 8000 block of Memorial Drive to investigate the theft of an enclosed trailer and construction equipment at 1:59 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Brian E. Legg Sr., 54, of Columbus for a bond violation at 4:26 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Miller Road for an unruly juvenile at 9:23 p.m. Wednesday.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 9000 block of Woodbine Way, a deputy arrested Joshua L. Gingerich, 32, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant from the Marysville Police Department at 10:46 p.m. Wednesday. He was transferred to the custody of an MPD officer.
