Elaina M. Jolliff, 53, of South Plum Street, was arrested for drug abuse in the 700 block of South Plum Street Thursday at 6:27 a.m.
Michael Wayne Scholl, 35, of Stow, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Allenby Drive Thursday at 5:11 a.m.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of West Third Street Thursday at 4:41 a.m.

As a result of a traffic stop on Raymond Road near Peoria Loop Road, a deputy charged Ryan M. Havens, 18, of Middleburg, with possession of drug paraphernalia Thursday at 2:31 a.m.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Donald C. Rader, 33, of Utica, for an outstanding warrant Thursday at 2:55 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of Clint C. Santho, 37, of Mansfield, for an outstanding warrant Thursday at 7:24 a.m. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies went to a business on South Mill Street in Milford Center to arrest Jarod W. Ramsey, 24, of Irwin, for an outstanding warrant Thursday at 7:45 a.m. He was transported to the Marysville Municipal Court.
A deputy went to the Mayfield Heights Police Department to take custody of Elizabeth A. Gough, 38, of Chardon, for an outstanding warrant Thursday at 8:21 a.m. She was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate an assault involving two family members Thursday at 10:18 a.m.
A deputy met with a resident from the 27000 block of Newton Perkins Road to investigate identity theft and fraudulent credit card accounts Thursday at 10:32 a.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 11000 block of Lafayette Plain City Road to investigate a dispute between ex-husband and ex-wife Thursday at 11:49 a.m.
A deputy met with a resident from the 14000 block of Route 38 to investigate the unauthorized use of a 2011 Mercury Milan Thursday at 12:47 p.m.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Toyota Rav4 that was struck from behind by a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado Thursday at 3:18 p.m.
As a result of a traffic stop on Leeper Perkins Road near White Stone Road, a deputy charged Jordan I. Casey, 18, of Delaware, with possession of marijuana paraphernalia Thursday at 3:42 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 21000 block of Lingrell Road to investigate the unauthorized use of a 2003 Dodge Ram truck Thursday at 4:57 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to the 26000 block of Route 4 for an overdose that occurred in a vehicle Thursday at 5:34 p.m. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion to take custody of Bart D. Brown, 31, of Larue, and Caleb I. Dunn, 23, of New Bloomington, for an outstanding warrant Thursday at 6:05 p.m. Both subjects were transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 19000 block of Route 4 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Honda Odyssey that was struck from behind by a 2006 Honda Civic Thursday at 6:09 p.m. The driver of the Honda Civic, Benjamin K. Perdue, 21, of Marion, was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Kyle N. Grace, 29, of Columbus, and Aaron S. Miller, 35, of Laue, for outstanding warrants Thursday at 11:31 p.m. Both subjects were transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
