According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of menacing and trespassing in the 200 block of Tulip Drive at 2:14 a.m. Friday. A caller reported an unwanted person entered her house.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 400 block of E. Ninth Street at 9 a.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of endangering children in 1000 block of Van Kirk Drive at 11:32 a.m. Friday.
Police conducted a death investigation in the 500 block of Tenth Street at 1:42 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate an “older male” was found deceased at his residence and “there were no obvious signs of suspicious circumstances.”
Police responded to a suicide threat in the 700 block of S. Walnut Street at 1:03 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging/endangering in the 200 block of W. Third Street at 7:12 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate police responded to an incident in the which a subject was “screaming about being involved in a shooting.” The suspect was located, but resisted police and was apprehended after a short pursuit. The suspect was found to be “heavily intoxicated” and injured from breaking a glass window at a residence prior to police contact. The individual was also making suicidal statements. The subject was taken to Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries and a mental health evaluation. Charges are currently pending.

Jamie L. Baker, 25, of Columbus was cited for possession of a drug abuse instrument in the 900 block of Kenny Lane at 9:12 a.m. Saturday.
Ryan W. Blake, 23, of Columbus was cited for possession a drug abuse instrument in the 900 block of Kenny Lane at 9:12 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Baker and Blake were cited after “hypodermic needles and crack pipes” were found in a vehicle after responded to a call for a wellness check.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging/endangering in the 1800 block of Creekview Drive at 12:51 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of theft by deception in the 600 block of Rainbow Drive at 5:29 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate an individual reported an internet scam.
Timothy Baumgardner, 49, of Parkway Drive was cited for assault and burglary at the Brookwood Commons at 5:01 a.m. Sunday. The reporting person indicated a family member assaulted her live-in boyfriend.
David Ritchie, 57, of West Mansfield was cited for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Chestnut Street at 11:14 a.m. Sunday.
Tristan Alexander Burris, 20, of Chestnut Street was cited for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Chestnut Street at 11:21 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Ritchie and Burris were cited after a dispute “turned mutually physical” between the father and son.
Robert L. Bradley, Jr., 42, of West Mansfield was cited for an FRA/non-compliance suspension on U.S. 33 at Route 4 at 11:10 a.m. Sunday.
Melvin Deere, Jr., 67, of S. Oak Street was cited for disorderly conduct (insulting and taunting) in the 100 block of S. Oak Street at 3:38 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which a third party witness reported disorderly conduct between three known subjects.
Quinton James Kidder, 21, of Wind Mil Drive was cited for license forfeiture in the 400 block of S. Plum Street at 9:20 p.m. Sunday.
Draven Leiter, 18, of Milford Avenue was cited for underage possession or consumption of alcohol in the 200 block of N. Cherry Street at 9:29 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate police responded to the listed location on a report of a “number of people in the street drinking alcohol.” Reports indicate MPD moved three people, who were not in possession of alcohol, out of the street and then located Leiter on the sidewalk with an open container in his hand.

Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Hinton Mill Road for a person threatening self-harm at 12:58 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the 8000 block of Industrial Parkway for an injury crash involving a 2019 Ford F-550 that was struck from behind by a bicycle at 9:12 a.m. Friday. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A deputy was sent to an abandoned building in the 8000 block of Route 4 to investigate a possible break-in at 2:34 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 7000 block of Cherry Way to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a 2017 Honda Civic and left the scene at 3:52 p.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Ryan C. Miller, 34, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:45 p.m. Friday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Miller Road to investigate damage to a fence and a yard that was caused by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene at 11:14 p.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to the 28000 block of Osborne Road for an injury crash involving a 2011 Toyota Tacoma that struck a horse at 10:26 p.m. Friday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 47 for a dispute involving a motor home at 10:27 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 34000 block of Route 31 for a dispute between two roommates at 12:02 p.m. Saturday. The parties were separated.
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Molly A. Galbraith, 29, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:21 p.m. Saturday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a farm in the 14000 block of Miller Road to investigate damage to a soybean field at 8:07 a.m. Saturday.
A Union County deputy met with a Franklin County deputy to take custody of Chassidy L. Vance, 21, of Grove City for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:42 a.m. Saturday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 22000 block of Collins Road to investigate the theft of fuel cans and fuel tanks at 11:36 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Route 47 to investigate an assault at 11:45 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a computer ransomware attack at 3:10 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a home in the 9000 block of Santa Clara Circle for a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 3:34 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint involving two juveniles that occurred in the 25000 block of Sandusky Road at 4:31 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the Union County Humane Society on County Home Road for an employee that was bitten by a dog at 5:27 p.m. Saturday. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A Union County deputy assisted a Delaware County deputy with a domestic dispute at a residence in the 8000 block of Route 47 at 8:05 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Honda Ridgeline that struck a deer at 11:02 p.m. Saturday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to the scene of a rollover crash on Paver-Barnes Road near Westlake-Lee Road at 8:57 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Shannon Carey, 42, of Marysville was driving a 2014 Ford F-250 when he drove off the right side of the roadway, striking a utility pole and overturning his vehicle. Further investigation showed he was under the influence and was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Troopers stopped a 2016 Ford driven by Victoria Victor, 29, of Columbus for speeding on U.S. 33 near Scottslawn Road at 12:41 a.m. Sunday. Once stopped, Victor showed signs of impairment. She was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and speeding and was released from custody.
