According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of gross sexual imposition involving a juvenile at an unlisted address at 1:02 a.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of forgery in the 500 block of London Avenue at 12:52 p.m. Monday. The reporting person advised suspicious mail containing forged checks was returned to Memorial Hospital. No loss was reported.
Shane Thomas Allen Ware Smith, 25, of W. Fifth Street was cited for domestic violence in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street at 1:35 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident Monday night in which MPD was called to a dispute.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy met with a resident from the 10000 block of Route 736 to investigate a harassment complaint involving a social media website at 9:28 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Andrew S. Greenwood, 35, of Grove City for a bond violation at 11:31 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 19000 block of Route 739 to investigate damage to a 2007 Acura TSX at 11:40 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 32000 block of Water Street in Essex to investigate a trespassing complaint at 12:08 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a correctional facility in the 18000 block of Route 4 to investigate an assault at 2:23 p.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the 16000 block of Route 739 to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a mailbox and then left the scene at 6:10 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Route 739 for an unruly juvenile at 7:02 p.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 9000 block of Tartan Fields Drive for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 9:08 p.m. Monday. The person was transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Deputies investigated the theft of a cell phone and wallet that occurred at a business in the 8000 block of Rausch Drive at 10:10 p.m. Monday. The items were later recovered.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 20000 block of Westlake Lee Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 11 p.m. Monday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Miller Road to investigate a runaway juvenile at 11:35 p.m. Monday. The juvenile later returned home.
