Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 10:48 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate a black XBG BB gun was given to Marysville Municipal Court Bailiff Roger Nicol.
Police responded to a report of theft of a motor vehicle in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 4:32 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a vehicle was reported stolen from a local hotel.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 800 block of W. Fourth Street at 9:02 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a pink and purple Murray Trail Seeker bicycle and a purple Raleigh M20 bicycle were found at McCloud Park.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 200 block of Cypress Drive at 10:11 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 11:27 p.m. Monday.

Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive for an intoxicated person refusing to leave the property at 4:41 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to the 21000 block of Benton Road to investigate a harassment complaint at 4:59 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Route 4 for a domestic dispute between several family members at 5:44 p.m. Sunday. The parties were separated.
A deputy responded to Maple Ridge Road near Route 245 for a property damage crash involving a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle that struck a deer at 6:38 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 for a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 10:09 p.m. Sunday. The parties were separated.
A deputy responded to the U.S. 33 off-ramp to U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1998 Honda Accord that was struck from behind by a 2004 Infiniti Q56 at 7:54 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 10000 block of U.S. 42 an intoxicated person at 9:35 a.m. Monday. The person was transported to Marysville.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Route 4 to search for a missing elderly male at 10:23 a.m. Monday. The male was later located.
The Union County Dog Warden was dispatched to a residence in the 29000 block of January Road to investigate a dog bit at 11:29 a.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated a possible protection order violation that occurred at a business in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway at 12:18 p.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated an on-going trespassing complaint that is occurring at a residence in the 17000 block of Navin Road at 3:42 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a residence on Short Street in Milford Center to investigate a dispute between a landlord and a tenant at 4:39 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Sycamore Drive to investigate a neighbor dispute concerning mower blades at 4:57 p.m. Monday.
A deputy assisted a Richwood Police Officer with a person threatening self-harm at a residence in the 100 block of West Ottawa Street at 5:53 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 12000 block of Hickory Ridge Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter at 11:08 p.m. Monday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
A trooper stopped a 2010 Ford on U.S. 33 near mile post 6 driven by Kiarra Gregory, 22, of Sidney for speeding at 8:18 p.m. Monday. A search was conducted and illegal narcotics were reportedly found. Gregory was cited for possession of drugs.
Troopers assisted the Union County Sheriff’s Office with an injury crash on Middleburg Plain City Road Monday.
Troopers responded to a crash on Northwest Parkway at U.S. 33 at 3:22 a.m. Monday. Alan Culbertson, 29, of Marysville was driving a 2004 Honda. While exiting U.S. 33, he traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a utility pole. He showed signs of impairment and was cited for failure to control and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Culbertson was wearing a seatbelt and did not experience any apparent injuries. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
