According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Stephanie Paige Frazee, 47, of West Liberty was cited for driving while under the influence and failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 6:04 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an accident involving Frazee and Zane M. Potter, 19, of Hinton Mill Road that occurred at 6:29 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Potter was driving eastbound on Delaware Avenue and stopped with traffic near 825 Delaware Avenue. Frazee was following behind him and was unable to stop before striking the rear of his vehicle. Reports indicate no one was injured in the incident.

Reports indicate Frazee was in the parking lot area of 303 E. Fifth Street and made a right turn out of the parking lot to drive eastbound on E. Fifth Street. She kept turning right and struck the curb on the right side of the road and struck a small tree. Frazee allegedly fled the scene and headed eastbound on E. Fifth Street. Reports indicate she did not experience any apparent injuries.

Deputies assisted a Richwood Police Officer with a foot pursuit involving the theft of a firearm on South Franklin Street and South Fulton Street in Richwood at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Ceaira M. Rowe, 31, of Richwood for a probation violation at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Greenfield Drive in Milford Center to investigate a trespassing complaint at 9:13 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy responded to the 8000 block of Mitchell-Dewitt Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 GMC Envoy that struck a deer at 9:38 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 4 and Wolford Maskill Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis that drove off the road and struck a utility pole at 11:33 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies responded to U.S. 33 west of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Honda Civic that was struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene at 2:07 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 22000 block of Collins Road to take possession of a license plat that was found on the property at 10:10 a.m. Thursday. The license plate owner was located.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 736 to investigate unauthorized charges to the victim’s credit card at 4:50 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Route 4 for a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 8:30 p.m. Thursday. The parties were separated.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 7400 block of Route 161 to investigate the theft of a radio and a wallet from a vehicle at 10:01 p.m. Thursday.
