Dale McComas Butz, 54, of Mt. Victory was cited for open liquor container (operator or passenger of a motor vehicle) and having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence in the 1500 block of West Fifth Street at 1:34 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of vandalism of a government entity in the 400 block of East Ninth Street at 9:08 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate “Eljer Park was vandalized near the restrooms.”
Police responded to a report of violation of a protection order in the 400 block of Terrace Drive at 2:42 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of a missing person in the 1400 block of Firethorn Court at 3:35 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of South Maple Street at 3:28 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a theft occurred at the Corner Carryout.
Police responded to a report of drug abuse in the 100 block of North Maple Street at 4:42 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a subject was found in possession of marijuana.
Police responded to a report of criminal trespassing in the 300 block of East Fifth Street at 6:59 p.m. Friday. The reporting person advised MPD of “a male who is trespassing and has abandoned his property on private grounds.”
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 100 block of West Ninth Street at 8:23 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 100 block of North Main Street at 10:24 p.m. Friday.
Lucas Eugene McCarty, 33, of London Avenue was cited for theft and criminal trespassing in the 600 block of London Avenue at 7:11 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 400 block of East Ninth Street at 1:03 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 400 block of Meadows Drive at 9:29 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of theft by deception in the 400 block of Robins Crest Lane at 10:21 a.m. Saturday.
