According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Daniel B. Toler, 39, of Milford Avenue was cited for menacing and telephone harassment in the 1400 block of Milford Avenue at 5:17 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the citations stemmed from an Aug. 20 incident.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Hemlock Drive at 4 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the complainant stated that someone stole her trash can from her yard.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 4:49 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate an individual attempted to steal $123.76 worth of merchandise from Meijer.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Millard L. Levan, 69, of Church Street and Barbara S. Swinning, 57, of E. Seventh Street that occurred on W. Fifth Street at 8:13 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Swinning’s foot slipped off the break, causing her to rear-end Levan’s vehicle while he was stopped in traffic. Reports indicate neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Swinning was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Dennis Lee, 32, of S. Walnut Street was cited for driving under suspension in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 2:40 a.m. Saturday.
Madelyn Ann Schor, 19, of Kingsville was cited for driving while under the influence and expired or unlawful license plates on U.S. 36 at 2:23 a.m. Saturday.
Shayne Eugene Scott, 20, of Meadows Drive was cited for driver’s license or commercial driver’s license required in the 1600 block of Cobblestone Way at 2:49 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Scott was cited for operating a motor vehicle with an expired driver’s license.
Trey Michael Taylor, 20, of Raymond was cited for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs on Coleman’s Crossing at E. Fifth Street at 11:29 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 1300 block of Woodline Drive at 5:50 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a juvenile was taken into custody for threatening against fellow family members.
Phillip Charles McGlaughlin, 30, of Wind Mil Drive was arrested for domestic violence in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive at 1:50 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the arrest stemmed from a Sunday night incident.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Maple Ridge Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 11:13 a.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 12000 block of Maple Ridge Road for a domestic dispute between a niece and an aunt at 11:20 a.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Licking County Jail to take custody of Darrin J. Selby, 27, of Heath for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:59 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to Northwest Parkway near Barker Road for a minor injury crash involving a 2006 Toyota Tacoma that was struck by a 2003 Lincoln Navigator that initially left the scene but was later located at 1:39 p.m. Friday. The driver of the Lincoln, Corey L. Hedges, 30, of Raymond was issued a traffic citation for driving left of center.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Deborah A. Speakman, 61, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant and a probation violation at 3:15 p.m. Friday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Springdale Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 4:28 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 23000 block of Route 245 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 5:44 p.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Police Department searched for a person threatening self-harm on Kaiser Road, Route 4 and U.S. 33 at 10:09 p.m. Friday. The person was located on U.S. 33 near the rest area and released to a family member.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 20000 block of Storms Road to investigate the unauthorized use of a 2013 Ford Edge at 11:29 p.m. Friday. The vehicle was located in Marysville.
A deputy met with an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper to take custody of Manjunath Govindraj, 44, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:33 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy took custody of a missing juvenile who turned himself in at the Sheriff’s Office at 1:57 a.m. Saturday. The juvenile was found to be missing from the City of Columbus. The juvenile was transported to Memorial Hospital and turned over to a representative of the Union County Department of Jobs and Family Services.
A deputy took possession of a cell phone that was found on Hopewell Road near Route 37 at 9:58 a.m. Saturday. The phone was returned to the owner.
Union County deputies assisted the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office with an unsafe shooting complaint at a residence in the 6800 block of Duffy Road at 5:19 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to the 15000 block of Route 347 for a minor injury crash involving a 2008 Honda motorcycle that lost control, drove off the road and into a ditch at 8:35 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Route 739 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Dodge Caravan that struck a 2016 Chrysler 200 at 8:44 p.m. Saturday. As a result of the investigation, Regina L. Johnson, 48, of Lima was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. She was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy assisted a Richwood Police Officer with a domestic dispute at a residence in the 200 block of West Bomford Street at 11:45 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 involving an unknown vehicle that drove off the road, struck a mailbox and then left the scene at 12:34 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 8100 block of U.S. 42 to take possession of a purse that was found in a dumpster at 1:01 p.m. Sunday. The purse was determined to have been stolen from a vehicle in Plain City on Aug. 22. The purse was turned over to the Plain City Police Department.
Deputies responded to the 9100 block of Long Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado that lost control, drove off the road, struck two mailboxes and rolled over at 4:36 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Beecher Gamble Road to investigate the theft of a wallet at 8:40 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 8500 block of Avalon Lane to investigate fraud involving the purchase of a snowboard through a money transfer app at 10:05 p.m. Sunday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers stopped a 2008 BMW on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 for speeding at 11:30 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the driver, Michael Bellisari, 60, of Powell was driving 86 mph in a 70 mph zone and was under the influence. Bellisari reportedly refused a breath test and was released. He was cited for speeding and operating a vehicle while under the influence.
A trooper assisted John Lee, 41, of Magnetic Springs after he struck a deer on U.S. 36 at 1:55 p.m. Saturday.
A trooper stopped a 2014 Chevrolet driven by Emily Lukas, 26, of Findlay on Route 31 at 4:04 p.m. Sunday. A search of her vehicle revealed a “small amount” of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Lukas was cited for possession of drugs and released.
A trooper stopped a 2017 Toyota driven by Joshua Koleini, whose age was unavailable, of Cape Canaveral, Florida at 5:45 p.m. Sunday. A search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was cited for possession of drugs and released.
A trooper was sent to Route 161 at Route 4 for a one-vehicle crash involving Douglas Cushman, 62, of Dublin at 9:45 p.m. Sunday. Cushman was driving a 2006 Ford F-150, which traveled off the roadway and struck a fence. Cushman was found to be impaired and was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He provided a breath sample of 0.245. He was also cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
