According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Leslie M. Basinger, 37, of Mill Wood Blvd. was arrested for theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 6:33 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate Basinger’s arrest stemmed from an incident earlier Monday evening in which she allegedly stole from Meijer.
Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 12:17 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate a drug overdose was reported at the Super 8 Motel.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 18000 block of Boerger Road at 8:33 a.m. Monday. The reporting person found keys in the roadway.
Ryan Lee Kendall, 23, of Mechanicsburg was cited for display of license plates and driving under financial responsibility law suspension on Milford Avenue at 12:55 a.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Mitchell Dewitt Road, a deputy charged James R. Fraley, 29, of Galloway with possession of drug abuse instruments at 12:20 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 20000 block of Northwest Parkway to investigate a possible break-in at 8:02 a.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Middleburg Plain City Road involving a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic that struck a deer at 9:32 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 347 for a domestic dispute between an uncle and a nephew at 10:46 a.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Hamilton County Jail to take custody of William C. Craig, 22, of Cincinnati for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:08 a.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Tiffani J. Hunter, 36, of Bellefontaine for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:09 p.m. Monday. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of Merry Road to investigate identity theft involving fraudulently obtained unemployment benefits at 3:37 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 6000 block of MacNeil Drive to investigate the theft of a political sign at 4:33 p.m. Monday.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 12000 block of Watkins Road, a deputy arrested Michael L. Payne, 59, of Columbus for operating a vehicle while under the influence, open container and improper handling of a firearm in a vehicle at 4:37 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 8000 block of Frazier Drive for a domestic dispute between a grandson and his grandfather at 8:01 p.m. Monday.
While on patrol, a deputy checked a disabled 2005 Dodge Caravan on Route 4 near Neel Road at 8:26 p.m. Monday. One of the vehicle occupants, Jeffrey B. Tipton, 30, of Columbus was arrested for an outstanding warrant from the Adult Parole Authority. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
