According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Rose Monnette, 64, of Radnor was cited for an FRA/non-compliance suspension in the 700 block of S. Plum Street at 5:53 p.m. Tuesday.
Ashley N. Taylor, 33, of W. Sixth Street was cited for criminal trespassing in the 100 block of S. Main Street at 7:51 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which Taylor refused to leave Boost Mobile.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging or endangering in the 100 block of Sumac Drive at 9:32 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a window was broken out of a vehicle.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 200 block of N. Cherry Street at 9:28 a.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of James R. Weimer, 43, of Williamsport for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:19 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Route 739 near Hoover Bault Road involving a 2013 Honda Accord that was struck by a 2014 Ford F-150 at 6:13 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to the Milford Center area to attempt to locate an elderly male that was missing from a residence in the 10000 block of Route 4 at 9:50 a.m. Tuesday. The male was located in Champaign County and transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive to investigate harassing text messages at 10:08 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a home in the 33000 block of Fields Road to investigate identity theft involving social media accounts at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District were sent to a residence in the 11000 block of Route 739 for a person threatening self-harm at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday. The person was transported to Marion General Hospital and no report was taken.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 7100 block of Brown Road for a neighbor dispute involving a fence at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 15000 block of Smart Cole Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 3:18 p.m. Tuesday. The parties were separated.
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol were dispatched to the U.S. 33 eastbound rest area for a domestic dispute at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday. The State Patrol handled the investigation.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a burglary at 4:19 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 20000 block of Dog Leg Road to investigate a horse’s tail hair that had been cut off and stolen at 4:21 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 4 and Wolford Maskill Road for an injury crash involving a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox that struck the back of a 2015 Honda Civic, which then struck a 2010 Ford Focus at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday. Two victims were transported to Memorial Hospital. The driver of the Chevrolet, Kimberly R. Lyons, 51, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 8500 block of Frazier Drive to investigate a dispute between a father and son at 6:07 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy met with a Gahanna Police Officer to take custody of Trea M. Horne, 19, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:38 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Marysville Police Department and released after posting a bond.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to the scene of a domestic incident at the U.S. 33 eastbound rest area at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday. Upon arrival, units made contact with an estranged ex-husband, wife and teenage son. Reports indicate there was physical evidence of an assault and allegations of threats being made. As a result, Beulah Ritz, 36, of Belmont County was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant and was charged with domestic violence. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
