According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Brian Edward Carpenter, 41, of Milington Way was cited for disorderly conduct in the 1700 block of Milington Way at 2:37 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Sunday incident in which the reporting person advised Carpenter “exposed himself” to her.
Joshua Starling, 25, of Dayton was cited for no operator’s license in the 900 block of West Fifth Street at 6:57 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of Amrine Mill Road at 2:30 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the “drug/narcotic equipment” was seized by MPD to be destroyed.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 200 block of South Plum Street at 3:50 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Dylan Jay Brancamp, 23, of Marion that occurred on U.S. 33 at 9:59 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate Brancamp was traveling eastbound on U.S. 33 when he hydroplaned and went off the right side of the road and struck a tree. Brancamp experienced possible injuries. No citations are listed in the incident report.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 23000 block of Route 245 to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 4:49 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business parking lot in the 7000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Kia Optima that struck a 2011 Acura RDX at 3:29 p.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of Alison R. Lopez, 40, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:18 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 9000 block of Route 736 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Kia Forte that struck a deer at 5:40 p.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the Route 161 exit ramp from U.S. 33 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Honda Civic that struck a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse at 6:16 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 23000 block of Route 31 to investigate fraud involving a debit card at 6:21 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to the Montgomery County Jail to take custody of Mariah N. Kobus, 30, of Versailles for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:02 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of Route 347 to investigate a telecommunications harassment complaint at 10:34 p.m. Monday.
