According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Patrick Thimmes, 41, of Junction City was cited for aggravated menacing in the 300 block of Allenby Drive at 11:23 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident at White Castle.
Police responded to a report of forgery in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 at 11:01 a.m. Monday. The reporting person advised someone used fraudulent information to purchase a vehicle at Coughlin Marysville GM.
Police assisted with a civil standby/issue in the 100 block of Jasmine Drive at 8:45 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a parent reported concerns about the child’s mother and returning the child to her custody.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 100 block of S. Main Street at 5:49 p.m. Monday.
Valerie Ann Voss, 20, of Cincinnati was cited for driving under suspension in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 1:12 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Monday night incident.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving David Franklin Miller, 61, of N. Maple Street that occurred on E. Fourth Street at N. Main Street at 2:24 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a vehicle was parked along E. Fourth Street facing east, near N. Main Street. Miller was traveling eastbound with a trailer on E. Fourth Street when the trailer struck the parked vehicle. Miller was cited for failure to control.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a juvenile driver and Annie Gertrude Daugherty, 82, of Elwood Avenue that occurred on Delaware Avenue at 5:49 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the juvenile driver was traveling east on Delaware Avenue when Daugherty failed to yield from a private driveway and struck the rear, passenger side of the juvenile’s vehicle. Reports indicate neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Daugherty was cited for driving onto a roadway.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Mark A. Borham, 27, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:03 a.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated a property damage crash involving a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu that drove off the road and struck a mailbox in the 11000 block of Route 4 at 4:26 a.m. Monday. The vehicle left the scene and was eventually located and stopped on U.S. 33 near Delaware Avenue. The driver, Kaleah T. Patterson, 21, of Columbus was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Springdale Road and Morey Courtright Road for a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a road closed barricade and then fled the scene at 9:01 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Woodhill Drive to investigate a domestic dispute between a male and female at 11:22 a.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Steven S. Perdue, 53, of Huntsville for a bond violation at 1:29 p.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Adams Road to investigate the theft of a mailbox at 1:40 p.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion to take custody of Anthony W. Nelson, 49, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:56 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Devin J. Troesch, 27, of Richwood for a probation violation at 4:19 p.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.]
A deputy went to the Allen County Jail to take custody of Jermaine L. Daniel, 19, of Lima for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:03 p.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of James L. Ector, 61, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:06 p.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred in the parking lot of a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 on Aug. 27, 2020. The crash involved a 2017 Honda Civic that was struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene.
