Brandon Lynn Niles, 40, of Valley Drive was cited for domestic violence in the 1600 block of Valley Drive at 12:38 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a report in which an individual witnessed a domestic incident in Mill Valley.
Sherida Noel Wilson, 27, of Bellefontaine was cited for theft in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 6:26 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Wilson shoplifted from Walmart.
Police responded to a report of endangering children in the 500 block of Meadows Drive at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 300 block of Kenny Lane at 3:33 p.m. Wednesday. A local male reported suspicious conditions regarding a recent employment.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 6:06 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate a blank Moneygram was found and turned into MPD.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Robert Franklin Peterman, 56, of Shirk Road and Daric Steven Erwin, 27, of Springwood Lane that occurred on U.S. 33 at Delaware Avenue at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Peterman was on the westbound on-ramp to U.S. 33 and yielded to oncoming traffic when Erwin struck his vehicle from behind. Reports indicate neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Erwin was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Jessika Lyn Harmon, 31, of Saint Andrews Drive and Deborah Kaye Harwood, 68, of Collingwood Drive that occurred on London Avenue at Greenwood Blvd. at 4:56 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Harmon was stopped in traffic, facing northbound on London Avenue. A construction zone temporary traffic signal is in place. Harwood reportedly attempted to pass Harmon to get in the left turn lane and sideswiped her vehicle. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Harwood was cited for overtaking/passing to the left.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Robin L. Vilga, 59, of Shade Street and Kellie N. Mercer, 33, of Ash Street that occurred on Route 4 at Scott Farms Blvd. at 8:01 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Vilga was stopped in traffic. Mercer indicated her floor mat was stuck under her pedals. When she cleared the mat, she tried to step on the breaks but was not able to do so before rear-ending Vilga. Vilga experienced possible injuries and was treated at the scene by the Marysville Division of Fire. Mercer was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.

Deputies assisted Marysville Police Department officers in searching for a vehicle involved in a hit-skip property damage crash that occurred in the 15000 block of Industrial Parkway at 12:17 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy responded to the roundabout at Route 161 and Eiterman Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox and a 2021 GMC Sierra at 8:43 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to the Morrow County Jail to take custody of Sherri K. Orr, 44, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:44 a.m. Wednesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 east of U.S. 42 for a property damage crash involving a 2001 Chevrolet Express Van and a 2010 Ford Focus at 11:05 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies investigated a property damage crash involving a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu that struck a 2001 Chevrolet Express Van that occurred on U.S. 33 east of U.S. 42 at 11:05 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Fish Daum Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend at 12:44 p.m. Wednesday. The parties were separated.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Concord Township Fire Department responded to the 11000 block of U.S. 42 for an injury crash involving an unknown vehicle that fled the scene, a 2009 Freightliner semi-truck, a 2004 Honda Civic and a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee at 2:18 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 26000 block of Stokes Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Honda Civic that was struck by a 2016 Volvo semi-truck at 2:46 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 8000 block of Currier Road to investigate a scam involving the unauthorized transfer of funds out of a bank account and gift cards at 6:51 p.m. Wednesday.
