According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Brent Allen Smith, 33, of Gallipolis was cited for theft without consent in the 100 block of East Sixth Street at 4:31 p.m. Friday.
Matthew Grant DePriest Jr., 35, of West Third Street was cited for domestic violence (recklessly causing serious physical harm) on Square Drive at 3:37 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an Aug. 31 incident in which MPD responded to a report of menacing by stalking.
Austin Bllu Pellegrino, 25, of Miamisburg was cited for driving while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, driving while under the influence and failure to control (weaving/full time and attention) in the 500 block of West Fifth Street at 2:57 a.m. Friday.
Brandon Scott Tyson, 30, of South Walnut Street was cited for criminal damaging/endangering in the 700 block of South Walnut Street at 12:22 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 900 block of West Fifth Street at 1:09 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate a “caller advised (MPD that a) large group of people (were) fighting.” One male was located but was not charged at the time.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1300 block of Millstone Drive at 9 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the reporting person found a wallet on the side of the road.
Police responded to a report of theft by deception in the 1300 block of Fox Run Drive at 2:34 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate officers responded to a report of fraud.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street at 7:11 p.m. Friday.
Kenneth Roger Williams, 47, of North Cherry Street was cited for dogs and other animals running at large in the 200 block of North Cherry Street at 1:20 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Friday incident in which a complainant advised MPD of an ongoing issue with Williams’ dog on his property.
Travis Jones, 39, of West Sixth Street was cited for disorderly conduct (intoxication) in the 100 block of North Main Street at 12:15 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Friday incident in which MPD was dispatched to North Main Street in reference to a complaint of a fight.
Eric Maya, 24, of Cameron, Texas was cited for disorderly conduct (intoxicated annoyance or alarm) in the 500 block of London Avenue at 5:38 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD was dispatched to Memorial Hospital for a report of an intoxicated male “trying to break into” the Heart Pavilion.
Holly Leeann Davis, 37, of New Florence, Missouri was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 5:25 a.m. Saturday.
Derek Alan Johnson, 19, of West Fourth Street was cited for theft without consent in the 200 block of West Fourth Street at 8:17 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which Walmart reported a theft.
Police responded to a report of an assault in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 3:24 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1600 block of Meadowlark Lane at 9:58 a.m. Saturday. The reporting person advised officers he found a Cricket cell phone on the sidewalk while running.
Police responded to a suicide attempt in the 1500 block of Claudia Lane at 1:56 p.m. Saturday.
Donald F. Moore, 74, of First Street was cited for aggravated menacing on East Fifth Street at 3:35 a.m. Sunday.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 500 block of Tenth Street at 1:43 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate MPD responded to an overdose.
Police responded to a report of property damage in the 900 block of Kenmore Crossing at 5:08 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of property damage in the 200 block of West Fifth Street at 8:20 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of aggravated menacing in the 100 block of Red Pine Drive at 11:54 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a “male threatened to cause serious harm to another male.”
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Grant Alexander Urban, 18, of Stallion Way that occurred on U.S. 33 at 9:31 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Urban was getting onto U.S. 33 eastbound from the Route 31 on-ramp when his vehicle “spun out and struck the guardrail twice underneath (Route) 31.” Urban did not experience any apparent injuries. He was cited for failure to control.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 900 block of Van Kirk Drive at 8:56 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a Sig Sauer P220 was collected by MPD.
