Reese Karter Chapman, 19, of Northcrest Drive was cited for criminal trespassing in the 100 block of Northcrest Drive at 12:38 a.m. Friday.
John Andrew Rowley, 53, of Columbus was arrested on a warrant service arrest on U.S. 33 at 5:37 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of lost property in the 400 block of Allenby Drive at 10:44 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate an individual came to the police department to report a lost ID.
Police responded to a report of recovered property on Morning Song Road at 3:21 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a vehicle was secured at the Cook’s Point apartments.
Police responded to a report of property damage in the 14200 block of Industrial Parkway at 5:42 p.m. Friday. The reporting person advised MPD of damage caused to a windshield by two juveniles.
John R. Staten, 59, of Windsor Court was cited for driving while under the influence in the 400 block of Windmil Drive at 7:53 p.m. Saturday. The citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD responded to the scene of an accident involving Staten and Sherri Jo Rutan, 56, of Wilbur Road that occurred on Windmil Drive at 3:29 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Staten failed to negotiate a turn and struck Rutan’s vehicle. At the time Staten “admitted to being intoxicated.”
Brian K. Landon, 49, of West Third Street was cited for driving while under the influence in the 100 block of North Cherry Street at 5:30 a.m. Saturday. The citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD responded to a report of disorderly conduct on Friday at 11:04 p.m. Friday.
Michael A. Obryant, 38, of Magnetic Springs was cited for domestic violence in the 1600 block of Cobblestone Way at 5:47 a.m. Saturday.
Eusebio Eleno Oveido Jr., 23, of Square Drive was cited for felonious assault in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 9:14 a.m. Saturday. The citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD responded to a report of a “large fight in the lobby of the hotel.”
Police responded to a report of recovered property at an unlisted address at 1:57 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 200 block of South Main Street at 1:57 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate an iPhone was found at the splash pad at Partners Park.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 200 block of South Main Street at 3:07 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate an iPhone was found at Festifair and returned to its owner.
Police responded to a report of lost property in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 5:19 p.m. Saturday. The reporting person advised MPD that his bag was stolen while at Walmart.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 1000 block of Creekview Drive at 3:54 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate MPD responded when a “male and female got into an argument.”
