Frank R. Gibson, Jr., 76, of Richwood was cited for driving under suspension in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 7:11 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 5:07 a.m. Tuesday.

As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Scottslawn, a deputy arrested Corey J. Campbell, 32, of Columbus for violating a protection order at 2:12 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 west of Route 161 for a property damage crash involving a 2016 Honda Accord that was struck by an unknown vehicle that did not stop after the crash at 6:36 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy took possession of a Stihl weed eater that was found along the roadway near the intersection of Boundary Road and Route 37 at 7:13 a.m. Tuesday. The owner was located and the weed eater was returned.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Darby Boulevard West to search for two missing juveniles at 7:14 a.m. Tuesday. The juveniles were located.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Samuel Owusu, 23, of Newark for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:19 a.m. Tuesday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a property in the 9000 block of Hyland Croy Road to investigate a trespassing complaint involving several juveniles at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Route 31 to investigate a possible scam involving an asphalt sealing company at 3:27 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Liberty Township Fire Department, Allen Township Fire Department and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the intersection of Patrick Brush Run Road and Yearsley Road for an injury crash involving a 2011 Kia Optima that struck a 2013 Toyota Prius at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday. The juvenile driver of the Toyota was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield at a stop sign. Two victims were transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were sent to the Glacier Ridge Metro Park on Hyland Croy Road to assist park rangers with a suspicious vehicle and a suspended driver at 4:03 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 17000 block of Clark Dawson Road to investigate several domestic violence incidents at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday.
As a result of a traffic stop on Jerome Grand Drive near Club Park Drive, a deputy arrested Anna M. Blaszczyk, 54, of Plain City for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a victim from Columbus to investigate a fraudulent scam involving false arrest warrants and gift cars at 6:55 p.m. Tuesday.
