From Police Reports:
Johnny N. Boggs, 33, was arrested about 12:05 a.m., this morning in the 16300 block of Square Drive. Boggs was charged with one charge of driving without paying reinstatement fees. He also had an arrest warrant.
Diamond Xavier Phillips, 26, was arrested at 2:18 a.m., Sunday, near the intersection of E. Fourth and N. Plum streets. Phillips is charged with driving under suspension.
Shawnta Lamar Draper, 41, was arrested on charges of license forfeiture and driving under suspension for child support at 9:15 a.m., Sunday, on N. Maple Street at Quail Hollow Drive.
Akayla Connor, 24, was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended license for non-compliance with the financial responsibility act about 9:14 p.m., Sunday in the 200 block of Collins Avenue and Ash Street.
Marysville Division of Police was contacted about 6:09 a.m., Sunday on a report of theft. The theft allegedly occurred in between 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 6:09 a.m., Sunday, in the 300 block of W. Seventh Street.
Police were contacted at 11:09 a.m., Saturday on a report of barking dogs. The caller said a dog in the 200 block of W. Eighth Street had been barking for the last two hours.
Diamond Xavier Phillips and Mickayla Dawn Glass were involved in a crash at11:35 p.m., Saturday, on E. Fifth Street at Chestnut Street.
Police responded at 12:36 p.m., Saturday to a crash on state Route 31 at Mill Road, involving a juvenile.

Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were sent to a home in the 9000 block of Harriott Road, about 7:19 a.m. Friday, on a report of a domestic dispute between and mother and her son.
About 7:43 a.m., Friday, a deputy was sent to a home in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway. The resident complained that political signs were taken and damaged. No report was taken.
Deputies took custody of Shane R. Phipps, 43, of Kenton, at the Scioto County Jail on Friday. Phipps was wanted locally on an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
About 1:01 p.m., Friday, a deputy was sent to a home in the 32000 block of Fields Road to investigate the theft of furniture, DVDs, kitchen appliances, a ladder and various garden utilities.
Friday afternoon, a deputy went to the Adult Probation Office to take custody of Seth R. Donohoe, 24, of Urbana. Donohoe was wanted on a probation violation. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Taha M. Ghaidan, 25, of Columbus, was taken into custody about 2:26 p.m., Friday on an outstanding arrest warrant. Ghaidan had been arrested and was being held by the Westerville Police Department.
About 3:35 p.m., Friday, a deputy responded to Buck Run Road near North Darby Coe Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and a 2007 Ford Ranger. No report was taken.
Adam M. Bowen, 30, of Marysville, was arrested following a traffic stop at 5:32 p.m., Friday, on Watkins Road near Bell Road. Bowen was wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Marion County. He was also cited for speeding and driving under suspension. He was released to a Marion County Deputy.
About 6:15 p.m., Friday, a deputy met with a resident in the 20000 block of Northwest Parkway. The resident reported a fraudulent internet purchase involving a television. A report was taken at the time.
A deputy was dispatched about 7:55 p.m., Friday, to the 14000 block of Fels Boulevard to investigate theft of prescription medication from a vehicle.
Cully A. Vogt, 47, of Richwood, was arrested about 8:22 p.m., Friday on an outstanding warrant. The sheriff’s office was assisted by officers from the Richwood Police Department. Vogt was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Dylan A. Mason, 20, of Powell, was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence. The arrest followed a traffic stop on U.S. 33, east of U.S. 36 at 2:00 a.m., Saturday.
About 11:59 a.m., Saturday, deputies were sent to a home on W. State Street in Milford Center to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife. A report was taken at the time.
About 1:52 p.m., Saturday, a deputy was dispatched to a home in the 26000 block of Ford Reed Road to investigate damage to a 2018 Ford Fiesta. No report was taken.
A deputy responded to state Route 161, under U.S. 33, at 3:58 p.m., Saturday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Toyota Sienna that was struck by a 2007 Toyota Corolla.
At 6:17 p.m., Saturday, a deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox and a 2019 Nissan Murano.
Melissa A. Inman, 32, of Ostrander, was arrested about 6:24 p.m., Saturday, charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence. Inman was involved in an injury crash in the 11000 block of Watkins Road. Inman was allegedly driving a 2010 Honda Odyssey that drove off the road, struck a culvert and rolled over.
A deputy responded to West State Street in Milford Center about 8:29 a.m., Sunday, to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that drove off the road and through a yard, striking a fence, flower bed and a large rock. The vehicle left the scene. A report was taken.
At 10:52 a.m., Sunday, a deputy was sent to a home in the 23000 block of Middleburg Plain City Road to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that hit a mailbox and left the scene.
A dispute between a motorist and a construction crew in the 800 block of Industrial Parkway was reported about 10:58 a.m., Sunday. No report was taken.
A deputy was sent to the parking lot of a business in the 7300 block of state Route 161 about 3:26 p.m., Sunday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Honda Odyssey and a 2019 Hyundai Sonata.
A flower bed and yard in the 10000 block of state Route 4 were damaged by a vehicle. A deputy was sent to investigate about 3:39 p.m., Sunday.
Tytus A. Miller, 32, of Marysville, was taken into custody about 8:03 p.m., Sunday. Miller was arrested in Hilliard. He was wanted on a local arrest warrant. Miller was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 29000 block of Hoover Moffitt Road at 8:14 p.m., Sunday, on a report of a dispute between a man and woman.
