According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 100 block of Northcrest Drive at 11:32 a.m. Monday. The reporting person advised MPD “she believes her animals have been poisoned to death,” however, “no toxicology report was conducted upon death.”
Police responded to a report of lost property in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street at 12:06 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of fraudulent telephone use in the 1900 block of Morning Song Road at 11:33 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of drug abuse in the 300 block of Gallery Lane at 11:55 p.m. Monday. A caller reported a fentanyl overdose and the subject was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Elizabeth Jean Lumadue, 27, of Bellefontaine that occurred on U.S. 33 at 6:19 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate Lumadue was traveling eastbound on U.S. 33 when she lost control of her vehicle, ran off the right side of the right and struck and pole before the vehicle came to rest on the driver’s side in a ditch. Reports indicate Lumadue did not experience any apparent injuries and was treated at the scene by the Marysville Division of Fire. She was cited for failure to control.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of Poppyseed Drive to investigate a family dispute at 1:39 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs for a person threatening self-harm at 4:01 a.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Lafayette Plain City Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta that struck a deer at 7:05 a.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 9000 block of North Street in Arnold to investigate a property line dispute at 12:22 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to the Miami County Jail to take custody of Jack B. Duckro, 31, of Sidney for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:15 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Grove City Police Department officer to take custody of Secunda L. Stanton, 47, of Sabina for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:58 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies investigated a domestic dispute that occurred at a residence in the 21000 block of Route 47 between a stepmother and her stepson at 4:55 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 7000 block of Meadowgold Drive for a person threatening self-harm at 7:06 p.m. Monday. The person was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Jessica A. Groce, 32, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:53 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a domestic dispute between a father and daughter at 9:55 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Ariana L. Scott, 33, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:23 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
