A resident in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive contacted police about 4:53 p.m., Thursday to report that a protection order had been violated.
From Sheriff’s Reports:
Jesse W. Rice, 34, Delaware, was taken into custody at 1:26 a.m., Thursday, on an outstanding arrest warrant. Rice was arrested in Franklin County and Transported to the Tri-County Regional-Jail.
At 7:33 a.m., Thursday, deputies were sent to a home on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a domestic dispute between a mother and son.
The Pleasant Valley Fire District and deputies from the sheriff’s office responded to a home in the 9000 block of Unionville Road on a call of an unresponsive person. The individual was pronounced dead and the Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
Priscilla D. Farmer, 40, of Sunbury, was taken into custody. She was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant. She was arrested in Delaware County and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a home in the 19000 block of Raymond Road about 2:26 p.m., to investigate a possible burglary. No report was taken.
Russell A. Prichard, 31, of Marysville, was cited for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection. At 3:31 p.m., Thursday, the sheriff’s office received a report of a crash at the intersection of Northwest Parkway and Darby Pottersburg Road. Prichard was driving a 2014 Buick Verano and was hit by a 2016 Peterbilt semi.
Latasha N. LeMaster, 31, of Marysville, was taken into custody at 3:44 p.m. Thursday at the Adult Probation Office for a bond violation. She was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Branden J. Deel, 35, of Delaware, was taken into custody at 3:59 p.m. Thursday at the Adult Probation Office for a bond violation. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a home in the 17000 block of Robinson Road for an unresponsive person with CPR in progress. The patient was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was sent to a home in the 22000 block of state Route 739 to investigate a trespassing complaint.
Ryan B. Schwarz, 38, of Columbus, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence, driving under suspension, resisting arrest and obstructing official business at 8:59 p.m. Thursday after deputies responded to a disabled vehicle in the roadway on the U.S. 33 exit ramp to U.S. 42. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
From Ohio State Highway Patrol Reports:
Jacob Johnson, 30, of Pedro was arrested at 10:17 p.m., Thursday, charged with operating a vehicle under the influence. Trooper stopped Johnson, driving a 2018 GMC truck, for a traffic violation on U.S. 33 near milepost 8 in Union County. After contact and field sobriety tests the suspect was placed under arrest for OVI. Jacobs tested .183 blood alcohol level.
