According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Jason Edward Maynard, 45, of Van Kirk Drive was arrested for domestic violence at the intersection of Fourth Street and Cherry Street at 1:44 p.m. Thursday.
Sean Michael Woodard, 28, of Bellefontaine was cited for theft in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 5 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate Woodard was cited after he, an employee at Wal-Mart, was caught stealing from the store.
Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in the 1300 block of Buckmeyer Drive at 9:28 a.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of menacing in the 1100 block of Nutmeg Drive at 8:45 a.m. Thursday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Lamont R. Walton, 35, of Whitehall for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:20 a.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Johnny N. Boggs Jr., 33, of Marysville for a bond violation at 9:34 a.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to a residence in the 14000 block of Adams Road to investigate the theft of wood from the property at 9:57 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Tiffani J. Hunter, 36, of Bellefontaine for a bond violation at 4:08 p.m. Thursday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded with units from the Marysville Fire Department to an injury crash in the area of Route 4 and Amrine Wood Road involving a 2015 Jeep Patriot and a 2007 Ford Ranger at 5:06 p.m. Thursday. The driver of the Jeep, Shianne Niles, 29, of Prospect was issued a citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies responded with officers from the Marysville Police Department to the 700 block of South Plum Street for a resident making threats toward staff at 10:04 p.m. Thursday. MPD handled the investigation.
