According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 12:08 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate an EBT card was found and returned to its owner.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 100 block of Pin Oak Drive at 7 p.m. Friday. The reporting person advised a male came to his home looking for someone and refused to leave.
Police responded to a suicide attempt in the 600 block of Meadows Drive at 9:12 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 400 block of Chestnut Street at 11:46 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate there was an open door at Stay Dry Waterproofing.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Anthony J. Barbiero, 50, of Creekview Drive and Margaret J. Michel, 62, of N. Maple Street that occurred on N. Maple Street at 11:37 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Barbiero was traveling south on Maple Street when Michel exited a private drive and struck the driver’s side rear fender of Barbiero’s vehicle. Michel allegedly admitted fault. She was cited for failure to yield from a private driveway. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
Police responded to the scene of a crash involving Mallika Guggella, 38, of Trophy Drive that occurred on Trophy Drive at 12:37 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Guggella was backing out of her driveway and struck another vehicle that was parked on the other side of the road. She did not experience any apparent injuries as a result of the incident. She was cited for starting and backing.
Jeffrey Raymond Merle, 49, of W. Fourth Street was cited for driving in violation of operator’s license restrictions in the 700 block of E. Fourth Street at 1:19 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a traffic stop.
Debbie Sue Poe, 32, of E. Bomford Street arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 200 block of Greenwood Blvd. at 2:02 p.m. Saturday.
Joshua Lee Gingerich, 31, of W. Ninth Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 200 block of Greenwood Blvd. at 2:17 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate he had active warrants from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, the Union County Sheriff’s Office and MPD. Both Poe and Gingerich were arrested following a report of a dispute in which Gingerich was allegedly wrestling and yelling at a juvenile.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 200 block of E. Eighth Street at 8:35 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate bicycles were found in the area.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 300 block of N. Cherry Street at 10:46 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a wallet was found in the road.
Police responded to a report of theft by deception in the 400 block of Wilderness Road at 10:40 a.m. Saturday. The reporting person advised they were being scammed out of money.
Police responded to assist with a civil issue in the 100 block of Chestnut Street at 2:57 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate suspicious conditions regarding a motor vehicle were reported to MPD.
Peter Schwartz, 47, of Owensboro, Kentucky was cited for domestic violence in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 5:05 a.m. Sunday.
