Joseph R. Boerger, 39, 227700 Darby Pottersburg Road was arrested for failure to appear in court, in the 1200 block W. Fifth Street at 9:31 a.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of theft – deception in the 14000 block of Scottslawn Road at 7:06 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the Scott’s Corporation reported being defrauded via product returns.
Police responded in reference to a death investigation in the 300 block of Rosehill Drive at 10:53 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate officers were sent to conduct a well-being check and discovered the subject had passed away.
Police responded to a dispute in the 800 block of Amrine Mill Road at 3:31 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate officers assisted with a custody dispute.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of Heenan Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 1:32 a.m. Friday. Deputies transported the person to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy assisted a Plain City Police Officer with a person threatening self-harm at a residence on Coachman Drive at 2:05 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 7200 block of Scioto Road for a suicide attempt at 2:49 a.m. Friday. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies investigated a dog bite that occurred at a residence in the 24000 block of Newton Perkins Road at 8:02 a.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 to investigate a check returned for insufficient funds at 10:40 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 35000 block of West Mansfield-Mount Victory Road to investigate a burglary in which a game console was stolen at 12:18 p.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department and the Allen Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 245 and Paver Barnes Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Silverado that was struck by a 2017 Honda Accord at 5:10 p.m. Friday. A 2018 Honda Accord then swerved to avoid the crash and drove off the road and struck a traffic sign.
A deputy assisted a Plain City Police Officer with a domestic dispute at a residence in the 200 block of Main Street at 3:11 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a correctional facility in the 18000 block of Route 4 to investigate damage to a cell door window at 9:10 a.m. Saturday. While at the facility, the deputy arrested Brandon L. Tolliver, 30, of Springfield for a parole violation. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to a residence in the 25000 block of Neel Road to investigate a domestic dispute between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend at 10:04 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 13000 block of Route 4 for an injury crash involving a 2010 Ford F-150 truck that drove off the road and struck a utility pole and a fence before coming to rest in a farm field at 10:58 a.m. Saturday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to a residence in the 10000 block of Kirby Road for a domestic dispute between several family members at 1:35 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 18000 block of Raymond Road to check an abandoned all-terrain vehicle that was found in a woods at 3:16 p.m. Saturday. After further investigation, the ATV was determined to be stolen and was returned to the owner.
Deputies investigated a domestic dispute in the 19000 block of Route 245 between a husband and wife at 10:32 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 5000 block of Taylor Road to investigate a domestic dispute between several family members at 11:57 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department, Allen Township Fire Department, Marysville Fire Department, Northern Union County Fire and EMS District, Perry Township Fire Department, Leesburg Township Fire Department and the Northeast Champaign County Fire District were dispatched to the 22000 block of Liberty West Road for a structure fire at 12:11 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department and Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to the 20000 block of Raymond Road for an injury crash involving a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser that lost control, drove off the road, rolled over several times and struck a utility pole before coming to rest in a ditch at 12:52 a.m. Sunday. Two victims were transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 27000 block of Route 31 to investigate a possible burglary at 1:07 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Hawn Road to investigate an attempted burglary at 4:06 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to a property in the 29000 block of Hoover Moffitt Road for a possible injury crash involving a go-kart at 10:48 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Pleasant Street in Milford Center to investigate a domestic dispute between estranged spouses over personal property at 12:18 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Raymond Road for a neighbor dispute involving a dog at 2:10 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a property in the 19000 block of Orchard Road to investigate a pole barn break-in at 4:22 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to the 14000 block of Snyder Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Honda Odyssey that struck a deer at 7:46 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to Route 31 near Route 739 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Ford Mustang that struck a deer at 8:33 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 for a person running in and out of traffic along U.S. 33. The person was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital for evaluation.
Deputies attempted to stop a 2015 Ford F-150 on U.S. 33 near the rest area for a speeding violation at 12:59 a.m. Monday. The vehicle did not stop and was pursued on U.S. 33, Delaware Avenue, W. Fifth Street and Walnut Street before it finally pulled over on E. Eighth Street where the occupants then fled on foot. Units from the Marysville Police Department assisted with the search. As a result of the investigation, the vehicle was found to have been stolen from the City of Columbus. Deputies located and arrested one of the vehicle occupants, a juvenile, and the juvenile was transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center. The incident remains under investigation.

A deputy was dispatched to a church in the 26000 block of Claibourne Road to investigate a break-in involving a building on the property at 12:37 p.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of David J. Hudson, 33, of Westerville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:20 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

A deputy responded to the 22000 block of Route 347 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Jeep Wrangler that was forced off the road by an unknown semi that failed to stop after the crash at 3:33 p.m. Monday.

A deputy responded to Industrial Parkway near Memorial Drive to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Ford Fusion that was struck from behind by an unknown vehicle that left the scene at 5:54 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 9900 block of Hyland Croy Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 6:02 p.m. Monday.
