Matthew Justin Werner, 30, of W. Fifth Street was arrested for domestic violence in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street at 1:40 a.m. Thursday.
Jamie L. Hemp, 35, who is listed as a homeless individual in Raymond, was arrested for disorderly conduct – fighting or threatening in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 11:12 p.m. Thursday.
Lea J. Andrews, 41, of E. Fourth Street, was arrested for disorderly conduct – fighting or threatening in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 11:12 p.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of a dog bite at Stallion Way at 8 a.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 100 block of S. Walnut Street at 3:48 p.m. Thursday.

A deputy responded to the 20000 block of Whitestone Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Ford F-650 that struck a deer at 1:37 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy went to the Multi County Jail in Marion to take custody of Nicolas D. Rowe, 21, of Columbus and Erik M. Rickenbacher, 29, of Columbus for outstanding arrest warrants at 2:04 a.m. Wednesday. Both men were transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint that occurred at a property in the 19000 block of Raymond Road at 9:14 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7500 block of Montgomery Drive to investigate the theft of food and equipment at 9:37 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to Route 736 near Hidden Farm Road for a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda Civic that struck a deer at 9:48 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy went to the Lucas County Jail to take custody of Dierdre D. Taylor, 51, of Toledo for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:04 a.m. Wednesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway for a person threatening self-harm at 12:43 p.m. Wednesday. The person was transported to Maryhaven.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7800 block of Corporate Boulevard to investigate credit card fraud at 2:34 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Weaver Road to investigate the theft of services involving a tree-trimming company at 3:56 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Darrick C. Hackney, 44, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:15 a.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the 19000 block of Northwest Parkway for a property damage crash involving a 2015 Nissan Sentra and a 2011 Ford Mustang at 8:30 a.m. Thursday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of Tammy R. Hall, 44, of Delaware for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:43 a.m. Thursday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies met with a resident from the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a sexting complaint at 11:09 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was sent to a campground in the 20000 block of Route 347 to investigate a dispute between a male and a female at 12:22 p.m. Thursday. The parties were separated.
A deputy responded to the old roundabout at Industrial Parkway and Old Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 GMC Terrain that was struck from behind by a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado at 4:55 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Navin Road for a person having a mental health crisis at 6:17 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Sheldon Runyon Jr., 41, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:45 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office and released after posting bond.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Dwayne W. Morris, 26, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 9:12 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies met with a Marysville Police Officer to take custody of Matthew C. Phipps, 29, of Westerville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:37 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to Route 4 near Blues Creek Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Toyota Corolla that struck a deer at 11:07 p.m. Thursday.
While on patrol, deputies stopped a 2001 Saturn SL on Route 4 near Amrine Wood Road for a traffic offense at 11:32 p.m. Thursday. After further investigation, deputies located a debit card and several tools in the vehicle that were found to have been stolen from a residence in Richwood. A passenger, Kyle C. Eby, 36, of Marysville was arrested for theft and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
