According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 700 block of S. Plum Street at 5:35 a.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 4:05 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate a “victim reported (her) credit card was stolen and used in the 900 to 1100 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd.”
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred in the 22000 block of Route 31 involving a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee that struck a deer at 7:12 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy responded to the 23000 block of Route 347 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse that struck a deer at 7:44 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Industrial Parkway and U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Honda Civic that was struck from behind by a 1999 International dump truck at 12:48 p.m. Thursday. As a result of the investigation, the driver of the International, Freddie A. Sams, Sr., 54, of Columbus was issued citations for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead and an expired driver’s license. The driver of the Honda, Iren C. Fillinger, 37, of Columbus was issued a citation for fictitious license plates.
Deputies investigated a domestic dispute that occurred between a boyfriend and girlfriend at the Union County Prosecutor’s Office at 3:25 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies met with subjects at the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a domestic dispute at 9:42 p.m. Thursday.
