According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Nicholas H. McAdow, 40, of Hickory Drive was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of an open container of liquor while driving in the 200 block of W. Fifth Street at 11:41 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of drug abuse – marijuana in the 800 block of N. Maple Street at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of rape – threat of force at 10:42 a.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 300 block of Mill Creek Drive at 1:56 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate police responded to Dollar General in reference to a recovered bicycle.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies assisted the Dublin Police Department with a dispute between a taxi driver and a customer in the 7100 block of Emmet Row Lane at 12:38 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Jordan A. Muller, 28, of Canal Winchester for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:58 a.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on U.S. 33 between Honda Parkway and Route 245 and involving a 2012 Nissan Altima that struck a deer at 6:24 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Richwood Miller Road for an unruly juvenile at 7:53 a.m. Wednesday. The juvenile was arrested and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy arrested Anthony W. Nelson, 47, of Marion for an outstanding warrant at the Union County Courthouse at 8:11 a.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to Raymond Road near the south junction of Dog Leg Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Chevrolet Express that struck a deer at 8:57 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to the Union County Treasurer’s Office on West Sixth Street to investigate a check forgery at 9:53 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy investigated an attempted financial fraud that occurred at a business in the 9000 block of Memorial Drive at 11:54 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 25000 block of Claibourne Road for a person threatening self-harm at 12:54 a.m. Wednesday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 23000 block of Route 31 to investigate a trespassing complaint at 12:57 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 739 and Route 347 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Honda CR-V that struck a 2012 Kia Sorento, which caused the Kia to strike a utility pole and a traffic sign at 6:36 p.m. Wednesday. The driver of the Honda, Brooke E. Green, 25, of Raymond was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 12000 block of Hickory Ridge Road to check on a person possibly threatening self-harm at 8:34 p.m. Wednesday.
