Jesse W. Rice, 33, of Delaware was arrested in the 1250 block of W. Fifth Street for failure to appear in court, at 11:20 a.m. Friday.
Erin M. Crum, 42, of Westerville was arrested for license forfeiture – child support and expired or unlawful license plates on U.S. 33 at Scottslawn Road at 1:50 p.m. Friday.
Saurabh Rai, 28, of Caddie Drive was charged with not stopping for a school bus that was discharging children in the 200 block of Caddie Drive at 5:16 p.m. Friday.
Jayson Myles Brazell, 27, of Columbus was arrested for a judgement suspension and speed on Stocksdale Drive at Milford Avenue at 11:43 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 500 block of S. Maple Street at 11:56 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the complainant reported an unknown subject opened a bank account in his name.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Kylie Maynard, 29, of Maple Street and Patricia Ann Chandler, 33, of Barker Road on Route 31 at U.S. 33 at 6:01 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Maynard was struck from behind by Chandler. Maynard experience a possible injury and was transported to Memorial Health by the Marysville Division of Fire, while Chandler did not experience any apparent injuries. Chandler was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Seth James Hall, 35, of Allenby Drive was arrested for receiving stolen property on W. Third Street at Lee Place at 4:31 p.m. Saturday.
Valerie Ann Voss, 19, of Milford Avenue was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 16000 block of Allenby Drive at 1:19 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Voss was stopped by the Union County Sheriff’s Office for a traffic violation and found to have an outstanding arrest warrant.
Maximus Hideo Sprinkles-Rangel, 18, of Wedgewood Drive was arrested for driving under an OVI or ALS suspension on Route 31 at U.S. 33 at 12:54 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of a suicide attempt in at 1:37 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of burglary – trespassing in a permanent or temporary habitation at 12:08 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the complainant reported his home was broken into while he was away.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 100 block of Hemlock Drive at 5:17 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a complainant reported several drug related items located in their residence.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 600 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 2:52 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a credit card was turned in as lost property.
Angela Marie Baldwin, 46, of W. Fifth Street was arrested for a non-compliance suspension in the 1000 block of W. Fifth Street at 3:09 p.m. Sunday.

Christin Beatty, 35, of Richwood was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence and failure to control following a crash on U.S. 36 at 1:01 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Beatty was traveling westbound on U.S. 36 when she crossed the center dividing line, drove off the left side of the road and struck a utility pole before coming to a stop. She did not experience any apparent injuries.
